Good atmosphere but need to improve the service Room: 3.5/5 nice room but a bit of smell, bathroom was not cleaned properly Facilities: 2/5 no hot water on the first day. and i called to the reception no answer because after 10 pm no staff. only guard. the water in the pool was not clear. Breakfast: 4/5 First morning i had to preorder with the receptionist due to low occupancy and I had to choose only one from the list and no second service. Next morning they serve Buffet was better, love bacon and i suggest there should be a toaster to let the guest toast by themselves. at the restaurant the staff looks moody or smth even from the first day,she didnt smile even i said ‘Thank you’. The reception only open from 6am-10pm My Dad wanted to borrow a bowl to eat noodles but the staff refused the kitchen was closed they couldn’t open to get the bowl for us. …
