we spent a week here with our kids ages 14 to 18. the rooms are clean and have an open, bright, island feel. Everything is new and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the daily chicken and iguana soap opera, and the lush, huge tamarind trees and mature landscaping. It's a great quiet shady spot in the middle of very friendly Cruz Bay. A short walk to everything. The best bakery is next door! Stephanie is a great host.

Stayed in the one person room for 6 nights.Plenty of room,in room fridge great AC and overhead fan. I never waited to use the bathroom.Copious hot water. The best location in Cruz Bay.One hundred yards away from everything but quiet. The Manager,Steph is the best.She manages the place and is on top of everything. I Just love the place and have been staying here for 15 years.

The Inn at Tamarind Court was a great place to stay, clean rooms, friendly staff, centrally located to nightlife or beaches, and provided a very comfortable experience at a competitive price. My two friends and I arrived after the office was closed, but a late check in with proper notification was not a problem at all, Stephanie was very helpful and easily contacted to provide any information we needed. The location even allowed us to skip taxi fare, it was only a short walk from the ferry station I believe about 15 mins, which allowed us to get a good lay of the land on our way in. I can't even begin to summarize how helpful Stephanie was with even the most minute details which I needed as it was my first visit to the island. We all had a great time, and I would highly recommend a stay at Tamarind Court to anyone traveling to Cruz Bay, you won't be disappointed.…

After a chance meeting with the Manager Stephanie during a trip to St John in November, we booked a Queen room at the Tamarind Court for February 8-15. We arrived after office hours but were able to get our keys and into our room with no problems. The new rooms are completely renovated and look gorgeous. Everything is brand new, and I loved having a ceiling fan. Considering we don’t spend too much time in our room while on vacation, this place was perfect for us. Also, we were not bothered by any of the construction going on around the property. Stephanie works so hard around there and deserves a lot of credit for it’s daily operations. Don’t miss St John Provisions right next door. It was such a nice place to grab sandwiches, smoothies, and coffee. Overall, Tamarind is a great location that is walking distance to all bars, shoppes and restaurants and a must-stay in Cruz Bay.…

Stayed at Tamarind from Feb 17 - Feb 24. Booked last minute and Stephanie was extremely accommodating. Even extended our stay for two days at the last minute. Rooms are completely renovated, nice, and clean. Location can’t be beat, convenient to everything. Work to do on the restaurant / bar, but that will come. Could not recommend Tamarind more, we will return. Chris and Barbara Giese
