El personal es muy servicial y atento a sus necesidades. Me ayudó Melinda y ella fue increíblemente amable. El restaurante era bastante y muy agradable al igual que con el hotel. Se lo recomendaría a amigos y compañeros de trabajo.
Hotel set off the main road down a dirt alley. There was no lobby or warm welcome. We were pointed into a room that looked like an office. Staff seemed young and inexperienced with little customer experience and there was a large language barrier. I was unsure they were even expecting us and it was difficult to be understood. We were given a dark, bare, dingy ground floor room with just a bed. Someone's dirty thongs were on the floor near bathroom. We were given no orientation to the hotel. As it turned out, there was nothing to see anyway. Breakfast qas included in the tariff, but we were told they would have to deliver 'something' to our room as the restaurant was closed. They dis not indicate what, and we were not given a choice. When asked about airport transfer we were told we would have to pay (other reviewers have said it was free), and it seemed as if the price was plucked from the air after some discussion between the two employees, quoting over 1500 rupees, which seemed expensive. It took us all of 10 minutes to agree we did not want to spend our last night in sri lanka in this poor hotel, especially after so many good experiences here. We took a tuk tuk to another hotel. This place is cheap but that's it. There are other places far better for same price or a little more.…
Really clean and comfortable hotel with excellent showers and air conditioning . A little hard to find down a track but the staff are very friendly. Good WI-FI connection too. I didn’t eat here so not sure about that .
