We stayed in number 7 Chestnut lodge. Beautiful place to stay clean and equipped to a reasonable standard. Bed really comfortable had a fantastic nights sleep.Wonderful setting with beautifully views.We had fish and chips in the village which were delicious and got our essentials in the small Spar shop. Lauren who we dealt with before and during our stay was absolutely marvellous and helpful. Only slight moan is the lodge smelt slightly of dog and as advertised there is no onsite help or security or phone number to contact for any issues.Other than that lovely beautiful place.

Stayed here for my birthday 10th- 13th jan, we stayed in cottage 13 (rowan). It was little on the small side but had we booked a 2 bedroom cottage we wouldn’t have got the private enclosed patio with a gate leading onto the field behind which was a must for our dog. The cottage was clean and had everything you needed inside. They are in a great location, within walking distance of the village. They have great views of the hills behind. They are a great base for exploring, close to snowdonia national park and also close to the coastal areas of llandudno and conwy. Llanrwst is a lovely little village, all the people are really friendly, they are all really dog friendly too. Everywhere we went everyone made a fuss of our dog jack. We would definitely return, there is lots to do and see in the surrounding area which cannot be crammed into 1 weekend.
Best place for food was a little 15- 20min drive to a pub called the groes inn, which was on the way to conwy

We have just finished a 4 day stay in this wonderful area of North Wales. The lodges are in a great location with in easy reach of llandudno, Colwyn Bay, Snowdon etc.
We stayed in no.7 Chestnut Lodge. It was warm, clean and well kitted out with everything we needed. Our only niggles were the mattress, you could feel every spring and pillows which were old and desperately needed replacing.
We had a message on our first day saying there was an issue with the WiFi and we would be kept informed but heard nothing else. Looking back at previous reviews it would appear there has been no WiFi for several months.
We used the indoor hot tub which was lovely but booked these lodges as a gym was advertised on the website which was also disappointingly closed.
Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely return to this area again.

Mould infested! We booked based on the great reviews. Word of advice. Book elsewhere! There was no guest service whatsoever, reception was locked and closed, and no staff on site that could or was willing to help. Called the number booking.com provided and got through to the cleaner who stated the room was clean. [see pictures]. After contacting booking.com and the main owner nothing was done and we were brushed off. Awful service and unhygienic and potentially dangerous accommodation!

The room was lovely, superbly clean. Great location to get around some lovely towns and villages for walks. Only a couple of minutes from Llanwrst itself, where there's a few nice cafés, pubs and places to eat. Haven't recommend Tir A Mor chippy
