Dear I D, Thank you for your detailed comments regarding your stay at the Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resort & Spa. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations .Please allow me to express my sincere apologies. As you mentioned the problem of the room arrangement, if the room availability permits, we will definitely arrange our guests together in adjacent rooms, however if based on the time you arrived and there is no prior request, and the hotel is full, we will be unable to do so. About the smell of smoke in the room, unless there is clear indication in your prior booking information, we will normally allocate whatever is available at the check-in point of time. Some parents who smoke do not mind smoking rooms as they are permitted to smoke in those rooms. We will strengthen our staff training to ensure our guests are getting the room type they are asking for during check-in time. About the beer in the seafood buffet, we like to advise that for buffet purposes the draft beer in the buffet is pre-tapped into a dispenser as we have many guests requests to have fast refills or self-refills but If you want a fresh beer directly tapped from the beer machine, you can request for it anytime and the staff will serve you. We do not include wines in the buffet, and if you prefer wine, we have special wines on offer for sale. We assure you that all the buffet drinks and food are refilled all the time, some may take some time to freshly cooked and refill, and we usually advise our guests to take other food first in the buffet as there is a large variety of dishes in the buffet. On the service and unspecified food from the unspecified restaurant you mentioned, we have no record of your complaint, however, we will reinforce training of our staff and managers to ensure we keep tab of all our guests feedback after their consumption and to replace without any charge any food the guest feel is not up to their expectations. At Pullman, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer. Therefore your feedback is very important to us .Please be assured that we will take the appropriate measures to address the problems and prevent future occurrence. Dear Gmsvernon, Thank you for your detailed comments regarding your stay at the Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resort & Spa. We thank you for mentioning some positive points while we are so sorry some of your experiences did not meet your expectations .Please allow me to express my sincere apologies. We are so glad that you were satisfied with our hotel environment and our staffs’ attitude, and we are so sorry for the inconvenience about the English communication issue. We will increase more English training for the staff,and hope that you can see our progress in the future, while we assure that most of the managers are well-versed with the language. Referring to cigars selling at the lobby bar,there is no license to sell imported-cigars in hotels in China, so only local cigars can be sold with our existing tobacco license, and we have a China-branded cigar available inside the humidor. Please be assured our drink measurements are international standard. Our apartments do have utensils but they are rented separately upon request, however, most of our hotel guests prefer not to cook when they come for a holiday at our resort as we have 3 very good restaurants available, namely, the Sands Western restaurant, The One Chinese restaurant and the Breeze Bar BBQ restaurant, and of course, also the room service 24/7. As usual during holiday periods, there are many people visiting Sanya, so transportation everywhere (not only our hotel) face difficulties getting taxis, but the concierge will do their best to help you to get alternative transportation if required. With regards to the Executive Floor breakfast, due to the large number of guests on the executive floor during the National Day and the limited size of the Executive Lounge, it is quite impossible to place a large number of dishes, so in order to give our guests a better experience, we changed the breakfast location to the spacious Chinese restaurant. So far, all our guests were very happy with the same wide variety of dishes available at the Chinese restaurant. Jungle Gym RMB 30/Kid/Time for in house guests, RMB 46/Kid/Time for non-resident guests. . Jump Zone Trampoline RMB30/Person/Time and RMB30/Kid/Time for in house guests, RMB 46/Person/Time and RMB 46/Kid/Time for non-resident guests. For 1.5 years old child can play with Kids playground for free.

Добрый день. Мы рады знать, что вы хотели бы выбрать наш отель. Море в заливе Санья чистоe на нашем пляже отеля. Однако, если мы сравним с заливом Ялонг и бухтой Хайтанг, эти 2 пляжа чище. О wifi он работает хорошо и стабильно со стабильной скоростью. Чтобы купить сим-карту можно в любом магазине мобильных телефонов, вам просто нужно иметь паспорт. В центр города около 7 или 10 километров

Насчет сезонности-не подскажу.Посмотрите в Интернете.Отель старается обрабатывать пляж и подземный переход к морю. Меня покусали на 10-й день пребывания. А со мной была приятельница-искусали на третий день. но она больше была на пляже и сидела на песке.
