I am extremely delighted that you truly enjoyed your stay with us and I am glad that our Hotel Services and Quality meets your every expectations. As to your comment regarding to the hotel location; yes the hotel is only a short 10 minute casual stroll from the Ubud Palace and there are many restaurants along the way. As to your remarks about the condition of the pathways/sidewalks, I do agree and I apologize that some of the infrastructure around Ubud, as well as many areas in Bali are not as great as other western countries. I must admit that footpaths maintenance in some areas are neglected by the government. As we are part of the Ubud Hotel Association, we do meet regularly with the top level government and we do forward this issue to remind them that it is a serious problem that needs to be addressed for the comfort of visiting Tourist. Thank for mentioning this on your review. We as a hotel will continue to push the government to take action to repair and maintain the infrastructure for the betterment of Bali and Ubud. Please allow to provide you with some clarifications: * We provide Cappuccino for free during breakfast time only. Otherwise, it would be chargeable over lunch, dinner or other periods. * Jazz Cafe which located next door has been officially closed by the owner effective in the middle of September this year. We are sad to see our nice neighbours go, our guests would also be experiencing more of the serenity that Ubud has to offer. * Sorry, if I understand you incorrectly due to google translation which is not 100%. Refer to our In Room Shopping List, we provide all price list in order to ease our guests who are interested in purchasing our room amenities. Kindly accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience that has caused by noise from the restaurant and pool area. Kindly allow me to provide you with some explanation, however, the Google Translate may not provide 100% clear understanding for me. Hopefully this will answer your concern; * We directly charged your room bill for the entire stay upon arrival actually to avoid long queue during check out time. Naturally, travelers are not very aware of timing during holiday and therefore our way is to help you to be more time efficient upon departure. One day before your check out day, we will remind you to settle the bill in order to avoid long queue. * We will brief and remind our restaurant team to be gentle in handling chairs and tables to avoid noise from dragging them. * We provide a pair of flip-flop in the room that can be used by the guests and it can be taken away as souvenir. However for guests who would like to purchase extra flip-flop, we are more than happy to offer special price for you. The price list is available in the room. * At our SenS Spa for 90 minutes of Balinese Massage treatment will cost you at IDR 375,000++ (subject to 21% tax and services) or equal to EUR 28 inclusive tax and service. Indeed, it is a bit higher than a stand alone Spa outside of the hotel, however we provide high quality service and our treatment rooms are equipped with bed warmer. Again, thank you for spending your time to write a detailed and thoughtful review which is highly appreciated. We wish to have an opportunity to explain these in person which is more appropriate.
