Dear Lim, Thank you for your question. The condition of the beach is good and much much better than the popular Pantai Cenang beach. In case you do not like to swim in the sea, you can always use our lovely infinity pool. Add review Stayed 4th till 7th Nov 2018 with family of 5adults and a toddler. I wrote a review on room, front office and housekeeping plus maintenance on Trip Advisor. As it was very long I submitted and wasn't able to review their Food And Beverage. We had snacks at Tikki Bar - Club sandwich very dry- no mayo. Chicken wings very tiny but tasty. Ordered again the next day too spicy. Breakfast staffs are so busy. 1st day breakfast was alright even though No one explained how to order as there was no buffet. We had to ask and we found out that we can order anything on the menu and can continue to add on thru out the breakfast time. But was warned we were not allowed to waste food and must finish what we ordered. We were not really info what the penalty was for wastage. As we didn't know how big or small the potions were we ordered cautiously and consciencely. All alcarte order and it was printed on a piece of paper and folded like a newspaper on the table. Food was a bit cold even though it looked like alminute order especially eggs. Loved their smoothies. They have huge bar in the centre of the dining area. 2nd day all chaos. It was Deepavali day. My elderly mom and sister came after and ordered their food after me. Then my brother and sister in law ordered. We got our orders but my elderly mom and sister were still waiting. Didn't even get their coffee and tea or smoothies. All communication between floor staff and kitchen was not happening. When asked the serving staff, he simply said he is just a runner (picking up food and delivering - in fact he suppose to be in kitchen making sure food is going out- coordinating between floor staff and kitchen-jargons can't be used with guests). So he can't help us. After we almost finishing and my mom and sister still waiting we shared my breakfast and brother's with them. Still. I coffee almost 1 hour. After repeadlty info so many waiters and following up. They apologised for the delay but it's truly disappointing. The food too is inconsistent. The Muska bun 1st day order we got it all fried with butter and cream in the centre. Next day we ordered and we got plain bun with no butter fried. Told the staff, she was very kind helped to get it changed but still the same. We gave up. Either the kitchen staff don't know how it was done or not bothered to follow standard set by Head chef. All the staff looked over worked and exhausted. No one is able to smile. Insufficient staffing especially pool area yet the one staff always trying his best to accommodate all guests request with a bright smile. Pool concept very nice with infinity pool concept and DJ by the pool from 4pm I think. Interesting deco like Alice in Wonderland concept in blue and tuxedo bunny and gold female cat or bunny looking mannequins with blue boots and superhero characters and dolls paintings with a twist plus mismatched furniture, cushions and leathers. Great place with high level of maintenance required as it was an existing property being rebranded if I'm not mistaken. Staff are inexperienced. Staffs will be an asset if trained properly and guided and constant monitoring and mentoring on the job till they are are good at what they do without being told if Dash would like to have regulars and repeat clients. It's not just property makes a guest a return, most importantly the attentiveness and service provided by the staffs will be a great combo for repeat guests.

We had a toddler aged 2years and she shared the bed with her parents. Super king size bed. Very comfortable.
