Clean property. All staff observed and enforced Covid precautions. Staff was friendly towards all guests. Safe area. Good access to shopping and food options. High volume days were well managed. Outdoor areas including pet areas were clean.
My experience was amazing from the first time I walked through the front door to checkout. The front desk staff was helpful and always ready with a smile. The breakfast area staff was excellent and always ready to help. Walking through the halls the housekeeping staff were always ready with a smile and in asking if I needed anything. I travel quite a bit for business and pleasure and this hotel was a breath of fresh air. Staying there again next week!
Very nice hotel! We’re Hilton Honors members, with a 3mo-old Yorkie puppy, and had never stayed at a “Home2” before, but they were the only property that accepted pets (had to pay a non-refundable $75 pet deposit). Checked in on 11/28/20, around 10:30pm. The front desk clerk was extremely warm and welcoming. The hotel lobby, and our room, were beautifully decorated and very clean. No “pet smell” in the room at all. We had a great night’s sleep in the king-sized bed. The linens were very high-quality and super soft, and the bed was the perfect combo of soft and supportive. The kitchenette was very well-appointed as well. We would highly recommend this hotel!
This hotel just opened up recently brand new and you would think they are on top of their game in sanitizing each room especially during this pandemic. The room that was given to our guests, they were not sanitized before given. Overlooked the hotel reviews and the cleanness of the place gave me satisfaction to book this place. The whole management team is very poor in coordinating when helping the custom and assigning them into different rooms that were already taken. The unknown customers were checking-in into our guest rooms and that is not acceptable for anyone. Also, humiliate our guests to ask when they are checking out or pay for their stay even though it's already paid. It was a big mistake to send our guests into this hotel that was just opened and barely knows how to operate the system or keep customers happy and safe. It's a terrible place to send your guests there and ruin their trip to what they have come for during this pandemic. I did a big mistake on relying on these reviews and booked the place, but I don't want anyone else to go through this as our guests did!…
