ENG: BE CAREFUL, IT'S A SCAM!!! I made a reservation for a vehicle that I was going to pick up on September 20. When I arrived at the Orlando airport I wrote to them and asked them to confirm the charges they would be charging me and discovered that they were almost double what they had quoted me. I asked them to pick me up to go to the office and clarify this, they informed me that the Shuttle was coming to pick me up and they left me waiting and they did not respond to me again (I left the airport at 830pm. and they were supposed to close at 9:00pm ). The next day they proceeded to charge me a "fine" of $150 for not showing up to pick up the vehicle, and they were the ones who breached my reservation and never responded to me for not picking me up. Don't make the mistake of hiring them, they are a terrible company!!

ESP: CUIDADO, ES UNA ESTAFA!!! Realicé la reserva de un vehículo que iba a retirar el 20 de septiembre. Al llegar al aeropuerto de Orlando les escribí y pedí que me confirmaran los cargos que me estarían cobrando y descubrí que eran por casi el doble de lo que me habían cotizado. Les pedí que me recogieran para ir a la oficina y aclarar esto, me informaron que pasaba el Shuttle a recogerme y me dejaron esperando y no me volvieron a responder (Salí del aeropuerto a las 830pm. y se suponían que cerraban a las 9:00pm). Al día siguiente procedieron a cobrarme una "multa" de 150 dólares por no presentarme a recoger el vehículo, siendo ellos quienes me incumplieron la reserva y nunca me respondieron por no recogerme. No cometan el error de contratarlos, es una pésima compañía!!!
