Un desastre, tiene un parking pero no plaza asignada, con lo cual si pillas sitio bien, si no t toca irte fuera y tampoco hay sitio porque no hay calles con lo cual te toca dejar el coche al otro lado de la carretera,A mi me tocó.
Lo del ascensor es de risa, tienes que subir escaleras para llegar a él y cuando llegas a el ya estás en el piso con lo cual es inútil.
Entras en el apartamento y es muy pequeño, las fotos son del todo engañosas, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, las sábanas tenían manchas espero que de tomate y para rematar la señora que nos abre la puerta nos indica que la persiana de la habitación de matrimonio está rota y está subida hasta arriba y no baja, le pedimos que al menos nos solucione eso y después de horas hablando con la mujer que nos abre la puerta y ella con el dueño del partamento que está en Polonia, además de nosotros varias veces con niumba ( empresa que nos gestiono la reserva) se negó a repararlo porque en el anuncio no pone que el apartamento tenga cortinas.
Así que nos tocó a nosotros bajar la persiana para por lo menos tener algo de intimidad y ponernos a lavar platos, cambiar sábanas e intentar poner el apartamento al día para poder pasar mis vacaciones. Y ya para rematar la nevera no enfría, después de unas llamadas a niumba y mandarles fotos para probar que lo que decimos es verdad conseguimos que al menos mande a un tecnico a las 9 de la noche a mirar la nevera,el veredicto es que la nevera tiene muchísimos años y que es lo que hay, este señor también era el encargado de arreglar la persiana pero el dueño le indica específicamente que no la arregle.Después de tener que pasar una de las peores noches de mi vida entre el calor por no poder utilizar la persiana y los nervios de la situación, y de otras pocas llamadas a niumba conseguimos nos devolviera la mitad de lo pagado y nos fuimos del apartamento. Si queréis una experiencia horrible ahí lo teneis

Pedro and his wife are not a serious people!!! First of all, they booked my property without asking any questions. When they arrived, they starting complaining about everything. There is enough parking space in the development. That’s right, it could be pretty busy but it was high season (August) but there is always a possibility to park a car. My apartment is located on half-floor and my descriptions says about it. There are just 5 steps to get there. My apartment’s photos are 100% real, with no changes, Photoshop etc. It’s also described how many square meters it has. My apartment is always clean, tidy and well-equipped. I rent it for many years and this is the first time that any Guest complained about the cleanliness. The window cover does not work for more than two years but I do not advertise it. In fact, this side of a building is not sunny and instead of the window covers I installed curtains to give the possibility to darken the bedroom. Because of this window covers and the parking, Pedro didn’t want to stay at my apartment and he demanded to be paid back 100% from my friend who was just responsible to hand the keys, not taking into account that this is not her who hold the money for the booking. My friend was not able to leave the apartment and it all lasted more than 3 hours!!! Pedro didn’t care about the fact that my friend had other duties on this day. It’s also not true that I didn’t want to repair the window cover. After being told by Pedro, I decided to repair it the next day just to feel him comfortable in my apartment. Unfortunately, instead of waiting just a day, Pedro threw the window cover down and after that it was not possible to hide it back. In late evening, I got a call from TripAdvisor that the fridge is broken. I organized a service in just one hour and it turned out that it wasn’t broken. It was just a matter of turning the switch to make it function correctly. This is just pathetic… After so many stressful situations, I offered a refund and Pedro left the apartment. He left it in horrible conditions – the light was on; the fridge was open! Total mess in the bedroom. He also left his kids’ clothes in the apartment and my friend had to drive for 40km in late evening (it was after 10p.m.) to let them take it back. He even didn’t feel responsible to give some euros for a petrol for my friend… I paid her for that. After all these shocking situations, I arrived in Spain in 3 days to check the apartment. I was worried about it. I noticed that the TV remote control is missing. Pedro lost it after being in my apartment just one night… Pedro exposed me to a lot of losses. He also offended me on the e-mail messages. I hope that such Guests will never visit my property again.
