Hi, Actually our check in time is around 3.00pm, unfortunately there was some road works going on by the panchayat. We spoke to the respective person of the panchayat and they told us the vehicles can pass the road only after 6.00pm. We already informed this to your team and also mentioned that we could arrange the team a stay at different homestay until 6.00pm at our own cost, or if the team is interested in sightseeing we could arrange a guide.But the team was not interested in any of these. And unfortunately this was a public road work, so we dont have any rights to stop them. We have made all the arrangements including food and stay at our resort, thats the reason we refused to pay the advance amount back. We did not ask them not to stay at the resort we were ready to make arrangements for 3 hours. But they refused it. They just went back.
