Other Villa owners have come here and called it a Palace! Guests tell us that they can not believe how beautiful it is! All bedrooms are on or above pool level with fantastic sea views, make sure you ask if rooms at other places are the same. Don't be disappointed by some small 'Basement' rooms with trees and other houses blocking the view! The Villa is spacious with over 6600 square feet of living space, it faces straight west for beautiful sunsets, you can see for miles up and down the coast. When you rent, you have exclusive use of the entire Villa, whether it's just two of you or a larger group. This Villa is a REAL Holiday Villa!! A film crew from Hollywood California used the Villa as a setting in an upcoming production. The South Coast, as this area is called, is the place for a relaxing vacation. The town of Whitehouse is a peaceful fishing village with a long history. Staying here is like "Old Jamaica" with no higglers to bother you. At the Villa you can stretch out by the biggest private swimming pool on Jamaica's South Coast, lay in the hammocks and read a book or take a peaceful nap. Each spacious bedroom has beautiful vaulted ceilings and it's own private bathroom. The Master Bedroom and the Penthouse Suite each have a walk-in closet/changing room. All the bedrooms have large covered verandas with panoramic views of the sea and the Penthouse Suite has wonderful hanging hammock chairs. The living room has soft comfortable furniture, stereo, satellite T.V. and fantastic views of the sea. Our guests so far have all loved the place, we are sure you will too. This Villa has an ideal floor-plan for couples or families, with privacy and plenty of room for everyone. In the morning, your veranda is an excellent place to sip a cup of Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee and look out over the Caribbean Sea. After a day in beautiful Jamaica, cocktails poolside with a fantastic sunset is the perfect start to your evening. We have DirecTV, a good selection of movies and high speed internet access. Our reliable driver is available to pick you up at the airport, bring you to the Villa and take you on site-seeing tours of your choice. Let us know and our friendly staff will have your first night's dinner and your favorite beverages on hand, so when you arrive all you have to do is relax. The cook will discuss with you your meal plans and do your grocery shopping for you. There are also a number of very good local restaurants, bars and grocery stores in Whitehouse. Maid, pool and caretaker service is included in the rental fee. The cook is great and works directly for you as much or as little as you want her to and her fee is very reasonable.

Best Vacation Ever!

My family and I stayed at Point Of View Villa last Christmas. We had a fantastic time! The Villa was beautiful and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. It was wonderful to find a place away from all the tourist traps and high prices, but still be able to take short trips to see many of Jamaica's attractions. My family and I are definitely coming back! Having our own private cook was great, we all loved her cooking and professional service, it was more than we had hoped for. We have stayed other places and this was by far the best. The owner was very helpful advising us. Highly recommended!!!
