Ein Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt
Das Ferienhaus befindet sich oberhalb von Kissamos, im ländlichen Ort Marediana.
Von dort hat man ein super Blick auf die Berge der Halbinseln und das blaue Meer, den man von den beiden Terrassen und dem Garten genießen kann. Die Ausstattung des Hauses und vor allem der Küche ist mehr als perfekt. Gläser, Töpfe und Geschirr sind reichlich vorhanden und nicht pro Gast abgezählt! Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sorgen dafür, dass die Erholung nicht zu kurz kommt. Die Möbel im Haus sind alle sehr gepflegt und neuwertig. Da zum Grundstück auch ein Carport gehört, ist das Auto bereits beim Einsteigen wohltemperiert. Die Vermieterin Gabriela ist sehr warmherzig und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, um den Gästen den Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Gabriela, nochmals vielen Dank für alles!!!

Maravilloso! Espectacular!
Una maravilla de lugar donde alojarse. Gabriela la dueña del chalet es un encanto y nos ha ayudado en todo momento. La casa es ideal, las camas comodísimas, terrazas con vistas... y la casa tiene todas las facilidades que puedas imaginar. Es un sitio ideal para quedarse y para no olvidar :-)

Meravigliosa Villa e meravigliosa Creta
Villa spiti... un angolo di paradiso...
abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti ad agosto 2016 insieme ad una coppia di amici. A tre mesi di distanza ci e' rimasto un bellissimo ricordo, un'esperienza unica di una terra "selvaggia" e paradisiaca, consiglio vivamente Creta Ovest dove di fatto si trova anche la meravigliosa Villa.
Ora vi parlo un po' della Villa Spiti... meravigliosa a dir poco, gestita dalla proprietaria Gabriela Pena, semplicemente fantastica, accogliente, professionale, ospitale. Lei vive nella villa di fianco ma in tutti i 4 giorni l'abbiamo vista per i saluti inizio e fine e 2 volte quando ci ha portato dei biscotti per la colazione :) e' molto simpatica e solare ed e' disponibilissima per consigli e dritte... ci ha accolti con l'ospitalita' piu' cordiale mai vista (io sono del settore), con un bigliettino di Ben Arrivati nella nostra lingua, con una bottiglia di vino in frigo e persino delle cose da mangiare: uova, formaggio tipico, burro.. la villa e' fornita di ogni minima cosa si possa desiderare ed immaginare, una cucina piu' completa di cosi' nemmeno all'ikea l'ho vista, bagno completo di ogni cosa: asciugamani, shampoo, phon, cassetta primo soccorso, di tutto insomma. E' arredata con grande gusto, stile moderno Shaby, tutta nuova di zecca... posto auto, ingresso su soggiorno e cucina a vista e anche soggiornetto soppalcato, 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni, ha una terrazza stupenda con una vista mare mozzafiato, un bellissimo giardino al piano di sotto, sempre con vista mare attrezzato con barbecue (ne abbiamo approfittato) e sedie, tavolo ed ombrellone... e' ubicata su una collina in mezzo a piantagioni infinite di ulivi, in una fantastica posizione con una vista mare mozzafiato. Regna il silenzio (si sentono solo le cicale), il relax e il confort e la bellezza.. Si trova poco sopra la cittadina di Kissamos, punto di partenza per tutte le spiagge piu' belle dell'isola ovvero: Falassarna, la piu' vicina, 10min, Balos, anch'essa vicinissima e Elafonissi, a soli 40km.. dall'aeroporto ci abbiamo messo 3h 30 con tante soste, strada statale piena di autovelox segnalati pero' cmq molto scorrevole e poco trafficata.. Una cosa importante: e' fondamentale l'auto, non vi potete muovere senza e nemmeno e' possibile raggiungere la villa e raggiungere le spiagge e dintorni. Abbiamo anche noleggiato i Quod un paio di volte, esperienza bellissima.. I cretesi sono persone molto ospitali, solari, la cucina greca E' FAVOLOSAAAA... abbiamo amato tutto del nostro viaggio.
Ci tornerei volentieri a Creta e sceglierei 1000 volte la Villa, con Gabriela poi continuiamo a sentirci ogni tanto ed a seguirci su facebook... Brava Gabriela e GRAZIE di tutto!

Perfect for family with young children
We spent a week at this house with my husband, mother and two small children (1 and 3). It is a spotless, modern house in a beautiful setting, secluded but conveniently close to services in Kissamos and a short drive from one of Crete's best beaches at Falasarna.
The owner has really thought of everything in decorating and equipping the house and even provided toys and games to entertain our children. The house also contains safety features (stair gates, barriers, mosquito nets etc), making it a relaxing place to stay even with mobile little ones. We really appreciated the owner's care and attention during our stay. Our baby was sick and she contacted a doctor for us, helping enormously with a stressful situation!
I would highly recommend this as a holiday rental for families with young children, though it would also suit parties without children as it really is a lovely house and the owner takes great care with her guests.

Beautiful site and relaxing
The house is clean, and satisfies all your needs. You have a lot of possibillities for every need. You can start hiking right outside the door and around in the area. You can take a lazy day on the porch or slide down to one of the small private beachbares and lay down there. In Kissamos you have both supermarkeds and local shops which provide you with everything you need.
Enjoy your stay. We have had a nice stay each time we have been there

Perfect base for an adventure in Crete
My wife and I along with our little boy, had a delightful and wonderful stay here. With the accommodation split over two levels, above is the main living space, featuring a mezzanine. The space is big, bright, and light with a modern open plan kitchen. There is a large terrace with simply stunning views over an endless sea of olive trees and the blue of the bay beyond.
Below are the bedrooms, cool and comfortable on hot summer nights, with French doors opening out onto a secluded terrace amongst the olives.
The house itself is situated in a tiny, traditional Cretan hamlet high above the Town of Kissamos. Quite, comfortable, impeccably clean and with its own parking, this house is the perfect base for your Cretan adventure. It's great for kids too, with a trampoline and climbing wall, our little boy loved it.
Gabi and her husband are in the house next door and the perfect hosts. We were some of their first guests and I know that we will be returning for many years to come!

Spent a week at this lovely Crete villa get away. Truly beautiful. Great accommodation, awesome views and very accommodating owners. And the weather is always sunny! Plenty of space for everyone and lots to do for the kids. The property is immaculate. Such a relaxing place. Will be going back.
