We enjoyed our stay in this well appointed apartment. Easy walk into town. Close to amenities.
My only negative comment is that the advert for the house says parking available however it does not say it is 18 euros per day or part of day. I feel this should be included in the overall price.

Luxury apartment Alicante
The apartment was spotlessly clean and very large and comfortable.
The views from the apartment were fantastic overlooking the beach.
The apartment was very well equipped and we didn't need anything as everything was there.
It is very well situated with easy walkable access to the beach, the shops. Restaurants. Bus and tram services.
Mabel B was very helpful and very informative.
Will definitely be booking again

Excellent location and very well equipped for kids
Apartment was excellent. We would stay again if we came back to Alicante. Mabel the host was very helpful indeed and organised a taxi for us and waited to speak to him incase of any problems.
Location was excellent just above the main road and the walk way, though the lift was broken and has been for a while. Lots of carrying buggies up and down steps, though you can go down the road way.
Lots of kids friendly things, like high chair, cots (though we took our own), bibs, kids plastic cutlery, a whole cupboard full of toys and we also used their beach umbrella on one occasion.
I would definitely come back but you have any questions at all Mabel will come back to you quickly if you text her and help with anything she can.

Beautiful
Beautiful spacious apartment with stunning beach views. Mabel was very friendly and very helpful. My little boy loved her! Good location with a lift and modern glass bridge to get across to the gorgeous soft sanded beach. Near to all shops & restaurants. Thank you Mabel for a wonderful stay. We love to stay again.

Helt perfekt!
Vi bodde i lägenheten en vecka två vuxna och tre barn. Då vi tyvärr lyckades få ett par dagar av regn gjorde den inglasade altanen vår vistelse väldigt bekväm. I lägenheten finns allt man kan behöva från kryddor, leksaker, information om saker att göra, tvättmaskin, handdukar ja allt man kan behöva. Är en hemtrevlig känsla för mysiga kvällar när barnen är trötta. Lägenheten är väldigt fräsch och otroligt rymlig. Läget är mer än perfekt men en utsikt som är obeskrivbar. Nära till allt och precis vid stranden!
Mabel som äger lägenheten är en fantastiskt gästvänlig människa som lägger sin själ i att få gäster att känna sej välkomna. Tex då vi checkade in väldigt sent hade hon fixat så vi hade frukost i kylen till nästa morgonen. Hon hjälper till med allt man frågar och är en fantastisk person.
Vi kommer definitivt boka detta igen!

Fabulous!
An extremely luxurious apartment in a perfect location. A stone's throw from the beach which was immaculately clean and safe with soft white sand (not a pebble in sight!), crystal clear warm water - nice and shallow so brilliant for children. At one end there is a bank of rocks which have lovely rock pools and at the other there is a 'water park' for the more energetic. At least two lifeguards on duty as well.
A few minute's stroll and you are in the old town or the glamorous marina where we found more bars and restaurants than we could ever have visited in a week.
The apartment was immaculate with all the facilities we could need. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in the bedrooms kept us cool in the 30 plus degree heat and the design of the building facilitated excellent channeling through of the sea breeze. The bedrooms are so dark and quiet we slept long and deep on the very comfortable beds. And there's a lift!
Mabel the owner is a joy to deal with and couldn't have been more helpful. It was a great comfort to know the owner was just across the corridor in case we needed anything. We were also greeted with a good bottle of wine and some snacks which was most welcome.
We had such a wonderful holiday with our adult daughter and 15 year old son. Thank you, Mabel!

Terrific Location
The location of the apartment was perfect. A 3-minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute walk to the lift to the castle. There are many cafes, bakeries and shops in the area and the downtown is only a 10-minute walk away. The air conditioning was wonderful to have as it was very hot in the middle of the day. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to Alicante. The host, Mabel, was very hospitable and even brought us some lemonade upon our arrival. She also let us borrow a scooter for our youngest daughter and she gave good advice on where to eat.

Excellent séjour à Alicante
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Alicante.
L’apparmement était parfait à tout point de vue : idéal en surface et composition pour deux couples, très bien équipé, très bien situé ( face à la mer et proche du centre).
Et pour terminer une hôtesse d’acceuil charmante et très à l’écoute.
Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour et relouerons cet appartement à notre prochain séjour à Alicante.

.Es sin duda el lugar mas privilegiado de la ciudad.Por su magnifica ubicación en el centro en la de la ciudad ,se encuentra rodeado de museos,restaurantes, lugares turísticos , centro comerciales, paya y puerto. Ademas en la misma calle se encuentran pequeñas tiendas de comestibles para poder comprar las cosas de primera necesidad, también farmacia y cafeterías con terrazas al mar a donde sirven deliciosos desayunos y diferentes aperitivos y tapas.Es el mejor lugar para pasar unas lindas vacaciones en el mar.

En la playa frente al apartamento ,pasan varios buses, tanto para llevarles a otras playas de la cuidad , como para otros puntos de la ciudad.
También está el metro a 5 minutos a pie del apartamento que les llevará a distintos puntos de la ciudad y playas.

Cómo llegar
Desde el aereopuerto sale en un autobús , que les dejará en la Plaza del mar ,a 5 minutos del apartamento a pie, como también si preferir ,en taxi.
La estación de tren se encuentra a tan solo 15 minutos a pie desde el apartamento, hay autobuses públicos que les deja justo en la playa del postiguet a donde se encuentra el apartamento, como también si lo preferir ,en taxi.
Estaré a su disposición siempre que deseen más explicación al From the airport you will be on a bus, which will leave you in the Plaza del Mar, 5 minutes from the apartment on foot, as if you prefer, by taxi.
The train station is only 15 minutes walk from the apartment, there are public buses that leaves them right on the postiguet beach where the apartment is located,
