Please note that this property IS pet friendly; we permit a maximum of 2 dogs at the property at any one time. A $30 per pet fee is applicable for all bookings that include pets. ACCOMMODATION Studio - King Bed TARIFF Weekend - 2 night minimum up to 2 guests, $369 per night (Thu-Fri or Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun) Midweek - 2 night minimum up to 2 guests, $315 per night (Mon-Thurs) Infants under 2 are free. A $30 per pet fee is applicable for all bookings that include pets. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit/bond of $300 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time. NOTES 1 night bookings based on availability (surcharge applies) 3 night minimum for long weekend, Easter, Xmas and New Year bookings at full weekend rate.
