We had an excellent time, the area is beautiful and the apartment had absolutely everything you could possibly need, Robert and Ellen we’re fantastic hosts , giving lots of info from bus , train, restaurants and markets etc we can’t wait to go back, thanks for having us 😊

Lovely apartment
Perfect apartment for our holiday. Things like parking spaces are important to us due to mobility issues. This one is perfect, plenty of space and close to the lift and apartment entrance. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and looks good. It was spotless and all the information we needed , either for within the apartment or out and about was there for us. In addition, the contact with the owners was first class. There is television, aircon, two balconies and just about everything we needed for a three week stay. The only downside was that the pool was shut as its got a problem but we were informed well in advance and there are three other pools!
We have been staying in the area every year for the last 15 years (apart from Covid) and this is probably the best one we have stayed in.

Family stay
Couldn't thank Robert and Ellen enough . Communication was brilliant from start to finish one text away if we had any issues. House was clean and perfect for our family. Brilliant travel cot and high chair available. We honestly couldn't rate it enough. 10 min drive to the beach the park round the corner was Our sons favourite great ammieties around all round fantacits stay.
Thanks again can't wait to return x

Wonderful!
This was the perfect apartment for our long awaited and much anticipated holiday. The apartment is beautiful, it's tastefully decorated and has everything you could possibly need for a lovely comfortable stay. It's position next to the pool is perfect and the view of the mountains from the master bedroom balcony is stunning. The apartment is in the perfect place to explore Benalmadena, postioned between the coast and town and the Pueblo. Robert and Ellen are a fountain knowledge about the area and went above and beyond to ensure our time at their apartment was as wonderful as possible. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your wonderful place.

Great Location
The apartment is very secure, in a great location with easy parking in the fairly quiet road. Robert and Ellen have provided plenty of information of places to visit and very helpful directions, whether by road, bus or train. The pool is a good size and kept clean regularly. We found early afternoon was the best time to enjoy the pool area, very quiet and relaxing, with views of the Mountains and watching the swifts and parakeets flying above.
The apartment is well equipped, has everything you need, they have even provided Beach towels.
For those people who need to keep up with the shows like Corrie, Emmerdale, etc, all the Uk tv channels are there. There are so many lovely places to visit nearby and once again many to Robert for the terrific amount of information and easy directions, as my Sat Nav was completely useless..

Holiday review
This apartment is well worth a visit amazing location short drive to Benalmadena marina, it was clean, spacious, everything you need was provided including towels, beach towels, cool boxes for beach, very clean and tidy lovely big balcony, the hosts are very helpful before and during your stay they give great advice on trips, area etc the only downside was we only booked a week 🤣 we will 100 % be returning, thanks Robert for making our holiday perfect

Sin lugar a dudas uno de los mejores apartamentos en los que he estado. El apartamento súper limpio con todas las comodidades, la atención de los propietarios excelente, el entorno ideal para familias, la piscina al lado de su gran terraza, barbacoa y la playa a 2 km mss o menos. Dar las gracias a Robert y Ellen por todas las facilidades y por toda la información de donde ir,donde comer o donde comprar. De 10 recomendable sin duda

Qué buena reseña de una familia encantadora. We didn’t want to leave
We can’t explain enough on how we enjoyed our stay at Robert & Ellen’s apartment. Very secure, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and everything to make it feel like home from home. Both the inside and outside space was perfect. Lovely sunny large terrace plus a very private smaller one, comfortable loungers and table & chairs with superb bbq plus on very hot days a shaded area. The apartment is ground level and overlooks to one side one of the lovely swimming pools on the Golfing Complex to the other side, distant views of the sea and the lovely village of Benalmádena pueblo. A car is useful but we stayed for a month and both pensionable age we enjoyed the walking and the excellent regular bus network. Robert & Ellen gave us lots of information about the area, places to eat etc, and they were always contactable if there were any problems or questions. We certainly hope we can return soon.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely area
Great apartment very modern light and airy everything you would need to have a great time is there, excellent terraces for outside dining and bbq situated right next to the pool. The complex is spotlessly clean and quiet and your neighbours are very pleasant. there are lots of places to go we really enjoyed Mijas which is beautiful and the area around Arroyo is great plenty to see and do and loads of excellent restaurants

If we agree to rent for a period of 6 nights or less then a supplement of £50 will be added to cover the cost of cleaning.
A non refundable deposit of £ 150 is required to secure the booking with the balance becoming due eight weeks prior to commencement of holiday.
A refundable security deposit of £ 200 is also required with final balance payment.
We can accept payment by cheque bank transfer in GBP or you can pay by debit or credit card using PayPal. Unfortunate out of hours arrivals after 9.30pm will incur an extra charge of £25
