With fantastic taste, the renovation has resulted in a 5 star, deluxe villa with fantastic amenities for a fabulous Istrian holiday. villa is situated 150m from the centre of Banjole, a small fishing town. Nature was generous to Banjole, giving it numerous bays, peninsulas and natural beaches - resulting in a quiet and peaceful place, only 5 miles southeast of the tourist centre Pula. This wonderful villa is built on three levels. On the lower ground floor, there are four double bedrooms, all with huge, luxurious beds and access to the fabulous terrace. This wonderful villa is built on three levels. On the lower ground floor, there are four double bedrooms, all with huge, luxurious beds and access to the fabulous terrace. There are two pristine, dazzling shower rooms to share. Every room is spacious and incredibly well decorated and furnished. There is a warm ambience everywhere with lovely colourful touches and fabulous linens, furnishings and artwork. There are fantastic varieties of textures too which impress greatly. The ground floor is home to an astonishing open-plan living, dining and kitchen space. The colours are brilliant and ooze warmth and quality. There is a deluxe billiard table close to the fabulously modern staircase leading to the upper floor. The living room opens to a wonderful terrace with deluxe lounge furniture. Steps lead down to the spectacular pool terrace and garden. The 2nd upper floor has 2 stunning double bedrooms, each with a fantastic ensuite bathroom with power showers and a terrace with lovely views of the swimming pool. Finally, the 2nd floor is home to an amazing relaxation room with a sauna and shower. How wonderful! The outside space is simply stunning. The pool is absolutely gorgeous, with an attractive water spout. Decked by first-class loungers, it faces the beautiful villa on one side and a spectacular dining pool house on the other. The pool house is so impressive with a huge dining table and chairs, a full kitchen and barbecue. It is so atmospheric and sumptuous. The villa also has space for table tennis, table football and other games. It is an amazing destination for a fantastic family or friends holiday. Banjole is a very picturesque area in the southern part of the Istrian peninsula. The scenery is stunning. There are many hiking trails and cycle paths to explore in this alluring, idyllic area. Pula is to the north and Medulin to the east. Further north than Pula are Fazana and Rovinj. Medulin is a lovely, family-orientated resort and home to a 1km long sandy beach called Bijeca. The promenade is fabulous for an early evening stroll, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, ice cream vendors and souvenir shops. Pula is the fun capital of Istria. The famous Roman amphitheatre is incredible and is the 6th largest amphitheatre in the world. There are many majestic, historic buildings including the Augustus temple, the triumphal arch of the Sergijans, the Forum, the gate of Hercules and the church and monastery of St Frances. Pula has wonderful beaches, gastronomic restaurants, chic bars and incredible entertainment on offer. The Dimensions and Outlook festivals take place in at the end of August and into September and attract thousands of ravers. The dazzling Lighting Giants light installation features eight towering cranes illuminated in magical colours for an hour and a half each evening. Fazana is a beautiful little fishing town with glistening cobblestones, friendly locals and stunning, pastel-painted houses crammed together. It is very pretty and welcoming. You will see stalls out in the evenings and often dancing and singing in the streets. The restaurants are charming and serve delicious Croatian dishes. The sunsets are absolutely breathtaking at Fazana. Umag is further north with wonderful Blue Flag beaches. The Old Town of Umag is on a peninsula which was once an island. Umag hosts a number of concerts and festivals including the UmagoBlues music festival and the electronic music festival Umagination. The ATP Croatian Open Umag tennis tournament also takes place here. The Villa villa is located south of Pula, and coutns with all the amenities you can need for a fantastic time away. There are 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and it accommodates up to 12 guests.
