We've been visiting Vera Playa for about 13 years, and have stayed in lots of different apartments. Casa Andrea is an excellent apartment for a couple - probably the best we've stayed in. It's on an "urbanisation" called Bahia de Vera. The "urbanisations" are gated developments of apartments, with a communal pool and gardens. Bahia de Vera actually has two pools (indoor and outdoor). It's one of the earlier developments in Vera Playa, so is now maybe 25 years old and the landscaping has matured well, aided by an army of gardeners who keep it all in check. Casa Andrea is a one bedroom apartment with a big terrace in front (about 6 x 6 metres), and it proved ideal for our needs. The terrace has two comfortable sunloungers, and has sunshine all day long, from about 1000 to 1730 in May. We wanted to be able to sunbathe at the apartment because the recent damage to the beach has meant that the sunbeds we normally rent on the beach weren't available. Mark and Andrea have designed their apartment for ultimate holiday pleasure. There was aircon in the spacious bedroom and living area, TV with about a squillion channels (we never turned it on), lovely bathroom with toilet, bidet, handbasin and a gorgeous walk-in rain shower with a separate handheld shower head, plus a kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and enough pots and pans and implements to satisfy the urges of those with ambitions to cook more than just a salad. Throughout our booking process and whilst on-site, Mark's communications were superb. Fast, responsive, sensible. Mark and Andrea understand what it's like to rent apartments, and have anticipated virtually every need. You can safely book in confidence that it'll be very good.

We have just returned from our stay at Casa Andrea and were delighted with the apartment and facilities. Mark and Andrea have put a great deal of thought into what visitors would need for their stay and this really helped to make it a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Throughout the difficulties during the Covid chaos, there was good communication and we were finally able to meet them. Had we had any problems (which we didn't), we know we could have contacted them. We have stayed at other urbanizations at Vera Playa previously but were particularly impressed with Bahia de Vera. The grounds have a large, clean outdoor pool and an indoor pool that is as warm as a bathtub and has jacuzzi seats. The apartment was conveniently situated for the pools, beach, restaurants and Consum supermarket. We would have no hesitation in booking again in the future.

The apartment is located within what I'm told is the best of the naturist urbanisations, Bahia de Vera, in Vera Playa. A minute's walk to the outdoor and indoor pools in the grounds, and five minutes to the beach. In the opposite direction the town centre of Vera Playa is only 5 minutes walk. Very carefully and nicely furnished with all the facilities you need, the apartment itself was a joy to spend several days staying in. Mark and Andrea are very friendly and helpful local owners who make every effort to make your stay a success.

Mark & Andrea run a very friendly, professional operation. Their attention to detail is excellent and evident throught this delightful apartment. It is very comfortable, well equipped with everything we needed and in an excellent location, being close to both the complex's pools and to the beach. There's a good choice of restaurants just outside the gates, though when we were staying, many of them were operating restricted hours as they were enjoying their Festive Season. We didn't starve, though!! The complex is also well located for discovering the attractions of the area, with most being within an easy drive. What's not to like - thanks Mark & Andrea.

This was our third year and we enjoyed it as much this time as we did previously. Mark & Andrea are great hosts and respond really quickly and are always looking for improvements and will fix any problems instantly. The apartment is in a great location, five minutes from the beach and the same to the Consom supermarket. There is everything you will ever need in the apartment with every fine detail covered. The resort is outstanding with well kept gardens, a very large pool, plus a covered heated pool, which would be great in winter. Parking is inside the resort and key operated. There are plenty of restaurants close by too.

Although we stayed in March we had a very sunny terrace shattered from the wind which was very welcome seeing that it was quite windy while we were there. Everything about the apartment was first class would recommend to anyone who was thinking of staying at Vera Playa.

Lovely location, clean,modern and everything you could want to have a relaxing time. Pool area wonderful. Would recommend this apartment for couples who like peace and quiet!

We expected the best and got the best. The apartment was as usual perfect in every way and the new trolley bag was very useful. In addition the WI FI and TV Programme Unit was a great bonus.

Third stay here and even better than before with all the upgrades that Mark & Andrea have carried out recently. Fully equipped kitchen, excellent bathroom with walk-in shower, indoor and outdoor pools just a few seconds walk away, beach and supermarket just around the corner, bars and restaurants just outside the gates, and a cash machine on the new plaza by the supermarket should you need any extra cash. Highly recommended!
