Después de una larga búsqueda donde consideramos muchas variables como la ubicación, las prestaciones, el número de baños, los servicios... Nos decidimos por Villa Kissamos de entre todas las propiedades que nos propuso Kostas de Etouri. La verdad es que ha sido una elección estupenda y todos nuestros huéspedes han quedado encantados de la casa. La posición es muy cómoda, obviamente se necesita el coche, pero el coche es necesario para moverse por Creta cómodamente! Se encuentra en una zona tranquila sobre una colina con vistas espectaculares de la bahía de Kissamos. Podréis ver los atardeceres desde las tumbonas del jardín o daros un chapuzón en la piscina mientras observáis las estrellas. La zona exterior está muy bien, permite tener intimidad sin renunciar a las vistas del entorno. Amplia zona para la barbacoa con dos zonas exteriores para comer. La cocina principal está dotada de todo lo necesario y más. No echaréis en falta nada que tengáis en la vuestra, os lo aseguro. Hay otra cocina en el piso superior con un estilo más rústico pero no la usamos. La zona living es amplia y confortable tanto en el piso de arriva como en el de abajo, con smart tv y un par de equipos de música. La casa consta de 4 baños completos algunos muy muy amplios. Las habitaciones son confortables algunas con cama de matrimonio y otras con dos individuales pero todos los colchones muy cómodos y con termo reguladores independientes. El servicio de limpieza, jardinero, mantenimiento de la piscina han sido siempre puntuales y preciosos en su labor. Por último y no menos importante quería agradecer a todo el equipo que me ha ayudado con la reserva desde Kostas que fue mi primer contacto, Edith con sus sugerencias durante nuestra estancia, Olga que estuvo siempre pendiente de nuestros horarios, Nektaria por su trabajo excelente... Y todos a los que no conocí pero que han contribuido. Seguid así! Las personas son las que hacen la diferencia cuando se venden servicios. Espero poder volver pronto.

Me and my boyfriend were part of a group that stayed at the end of September. We liked it very much, was one of the best holidays. We really appreciate the care for customer satisfaction. Olga was extremely helpful with a lot of things ( the cake, all kind of information, the aperitifs we've found upon arrival and the food for the second day, the pool heating) Other than that, we also liked: - that the villa is very well equipped - the area is so pretty, with all the olives trees around - the view is beautiful - that it's quiet and relaxing - the architecture and the design of the villa - the comfortable beds - the big bathrooms - it's 25 minutes walk to near beach in Kissamos or the bus station - 10 minutes walk to the nearest market - 15 -20 minutes walk to the city center

Schon vor dem Einzug war die Kommunikation sehr gut mit der Verwaltung, welche bei allen Fragen und Anliegen schnell (per Email) geantwortet hat. Beim Einzug wartete man schon püntklich zur vereinbarten Zeit auf uns und ein kleiner Snack war ebenfalls vorbereitet. Der Kühlschrank war bereits mit diversen "essentials" wie Wasser, Säften, Toastbrot, Käse/Wurst, Eiern und auch etwas Bier gefüllt. Das Haus ist so ziemlich mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, sowohl im Küchenbereich also auch in den Bädern haben wir nichts vermisst. In puncto Sauberkeit gab es absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Das gilt für innen und auch für den Außen-/Poolbereich. Das Haus ist modern und der Blick auf die Bucht von Kissamos ist der Hammer. Während des Aufenthaltes kümmerte man sich um unser Wohlergehen, es war aber nicht zu penetrant (wir bekamen 2 Anrufe, 1x kurz nach dem Einzug und 1x kurz vor Abreise). Wenn wir etwas fragen wollten, hatten wir auch die Möglichkeit über Whatsapp mit der Verwaltung in Kontakt zu treten. Einfach und unkompliziert. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub und das Haus hat definitiv dazu beigetragen. Bei gleicher Gruppengröße (8 Personen) und Urlaubsziel, werde ich definitiv wieder dieses Haus anmieten.

We had a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious holiday and that was not only because of the super clear blue water of the sea, the amazing beaches, the delicious food but also because of the amazing accommodation we had. I truly recommend the villa also because of the: perfect client services, private holiday advisor landline available, fast replying on whatsapp, help we have received in order to surprise some of our friends with a delicious birthday cake (which in the end was from the house), some startup supplies(fruits, cold water in the fridge, snacks). Also, the comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, and cleaning services contributed to the 7 perfect 7 nights staying. if you are a fan of vacation with friends, go for it! you have all the privacy in the world and great sea view. C

The villa was absolutely spectacular! It looks a lot better in reality than in the pictures and its position is really good. The view is breathtaking and the inside is neat. We only encountered a single drawback: between 7 pm- 8 pm the water barely works, but it didn't bother us that much. It is because of the neighbourhood, not the villa anyway. The staff was very supportive and nice. Any problem we had we could adress it to them and they would solve it. If we were to return to Crete, we would choose this villa again for sure!

Nous avons séjourné à 6 dans cette superbe villa. L'accueil de Olga était parfait, nous la remercions chaleureusement MERCI !! Maison très moderne avec une magnifique vue sur la baie de Kissamos. Calme absolu au milieu des oliviers avec le chant des cigales : c'est magique. Maison très propre, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le service de nettoyage intérieur et remercions toute l'équipe. L'entretien de la piscine est fait tous les trois jours et le bain de bulle est très agréable. L'extérieur est fabuleux, très belles terrasses avec diverses expositions et du mobilier fonctionnel et moderne. En un mot tout était parfait et nous recommandons vivement cette villa pour passer d'agréables vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Great location with view on the bay and olive garden. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well equiped. Nice terras near the pool to rest and take breakfast and diner. At Arrival Olga gave is a very warm welcome and was always available during our stay. The special phone service aranged a very good activity for us. We had a Great stay!

Outstanding view. Peaceful and authentic Cretan environment. Amidst olive groves (Kissamos villa). All the amenities needed. Perfect for families. Nice pool. Close to best beaches in western Crete. 40 minutes from Chania. Warm Wellcome and great service from Olga and Nectarina, villa personal. Would go back anytime!

Stayed at the Villa for 10 nights at the beginning of August, there were three families totalling 10 people (7 adults, 1 teenager and two children). Katerina (the Owner) arranged transport for us from Chania Airport which was a fantastic air-conditioned minibus. (she was always contactable recommending everything from Taxi's to places to eat and places to visit and any issues we did have were rectified very quickly) The Villa itself is a two storey modern build as described, loads of room for everyone. Downstairs has a fully air-conditioned open plan living/Kitchen area with all the mod cons and appliances, enough plates, cups, glasses and cutlery for everyone. There are three bedrooms and two stunning bathrooms. Upstairs has another open plan living/dining/kitchen area with a fridge freezer and kettle and a balcony with table and comfy seating with beautiful views right down to the sea. There are a further two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one on-suite. The seating/dining area next to the pool was great and we used it from first thing in the morning to last thing at night and regularly ate outside often cooking on the huge BBQ. The pool, although not the biggest, was plenty big enough for all of us, again the views from here were spectacular. We didn't hire Cars so relied on local taxi's which were brilliant. We used the same driver each time, anytime we needed more than one Taxi he would sort it for us, we never waited more than 10 minutes. It was a 10 to 15 minute down hill walk to the main road where the supermarket was situated and the beach was a further 2 minutes from there. We rarely walked mind as the Taxi was only 4 1/2 Euro's. it was certainly too hot to walk back up to the Villa. The local beach is stunning and sits in front of a row of restaurants/bars, all of the sunbeds, chairs and parasols are free and the bartenders take orders on the Beach. There are lots of restaurants/Taverna's to choose from and we tried a few and they were all superb (i have reviewed these separately) Kissamos is a small town, not a massive variety of shops but had all we needed. Local Doctors were great (needed one for my Son) and loads of Chemists in the area. There is a local Port where you can catch a Boat to some of Crete's famous Beaches. To summarise, it is a great Villa, highly recommended, if you want to see the sights you will need to hire a car, great places to visit, local beach is lovely and loads of places to eat (not much choice as the all serve Local dishes (lots of fresh fish) which suited us. A great holiday.

We stayed at the villa in June, together with a friends' family. We had a great relaxing stay and were very content with the amenities and the standards of the property. The two floors layout works very well for two families as it gives a lot of privacy, while the outdoors is well designed for larger parties to be able to enjoy BBQ's and al fresco meals. A special thanks goes to the villa caretaker who was always at our disposal and gave us some great advice and insider's tips to visit some hidden gems..Hope to be back soon.
