We have stayed at Paraiso Park in the past and loved it, so we were very happy to find this Villa. The house is fantastic and has all you need for a great holiday. There is a beautiful rear garden and patio which has a collection of expensive/high quality garden furniture. In the centre of this small villa complex is situated a lovely,large pool and baby pool. Ideal for families, the complex is secure with electric gates. The owners (Anne and Phillip) were staying at another villa for a couple of days and couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent communication and even took me to Marbella to get a hire car! (Bad administration on my part!). Situated close to the A7, the house is close to the village of Benahavis (lovely Spanish town with beautiful eating places -€12 taxi). Several high quality golf courses close by and a short drive to Marbella, Porta Benus and Estapona (all worth a day out at least). We got a return catamaran from Benus to Marbella one day, €15 return and great fun. BBQ’s are supplied and we had several during our stay. The main supermarket (Mercadona) is a 3 min car ride and there is a shop just outside the complex which was handy for breakfast. Wireless internet was very good and we had no issue getting our Amazon Firestick to play films without issue - I can’t comment on the supplied TV box because we didn’t use it. I would recommend taking a small WiFi speaker and perhaps Anne might supply one in future. All in all a superb and very good value holiday Villa. I would definitely recommend and go again. Certainly gets the thumbs up from my family!

We absolutely had a dreamy and perfect holiday staying in Anne's villa. First of all the house itself is spacious and fully equipped for the whole family to be comfortable. A next headline was the beautiful garden terrace where we had dinner every evening while enjoying the view. Then there is the pool, its located in the middle of the shares garden and maintained perfectly. Anne was a great host and adviced us where we had questions. We will be back!

Excellent property, with helpful owners, in a lovely setting near to golf courses and all the main attractions. Everything you need, quality and roomy property with private gardens and terrace overlooking the communal gardens/pool. Would definitely stay again.

We recently stayed in the aforementioned townhouse, We knew the location we wanted it was just finding the right accommodation, I stumbled across this little gem, as soon as I looked at the pictures of the house it looked perfect, The owners are extremely helpful and answer all questions and queries very quickly, the information on the website is also very accurate, it is a beautiful gated development which suited us as we have young children, the grounds are kept in perfect order, the house is extremely well presented, good in size with 3 big bedrooms, the master bedroom is superb with a walk in dressing area and large en-suite and a lovely balcony to sit and have your coffee on first thing in the morning, Downstairs is mostly open plan, apart from the kitchen which gave you the immediate feeling of space, the patio areas ( front and back are excellent, The garden is lovely for you to sunbathe in private, or alternatively you could lay by the communal pool which was plenty big enough for the size of the complex, it was a superb base, we have been on all inclusive in recent years and found that this was so much more relaxing.... no early mornings to try and get a sunbed in a half decent position, you wake up when you want, have your coffee on the balcony and then wander into the garden where your own sunbed awaits, even the small things like the air conditioning which you do need in August worked so efficiently & was extremely quiet, There were 5 of us 2 Adults, 3 Children & the house was more than big enough for the 5 of us, There is a BBQ at the house which we used on a few occasions & a couple of local restaurants nearby, however you will need a car as it is slightly off the beaten track, however there is so much to do & see in this and the surrounding area that this would be a benefit in any case, I wouldn't hesitate to come back here again & will be doing so & cannot recommend this place highly enough

Execellent house. Very clean. All Equipment was there what to Need for a Holiday stay. Very good for Kids. Is a closed area with a nice ppol and garden. Supermarket just 5 minutes by car. Beach is even very Close, 10min by car. I will come back to that house if we will visit Andalusia again. Thanks to our host for the lovely house at all

The perfect place to stay if you travel in a group (+2 people. ) We travelled with 2 toddlers. Better priced than hotels with the added bonus of staying in a "home " as opposed to "one room" which hotels mostly has. The 3 bed house is spacious and clean with all the amneties one would desire. Supermarkets and other shops near by. But you will need a car for your stay. The pool is clean and there is a communal BBQ which we had great use of. We will definitely return. Linda

A modern, comfortable home located in a magnificient setting. Interior, garden as well as the common share are well maintained. The golf-courses Paraiso and Atalaya are nereby on walking distance. There are 2 sets of golfclubs and carts available. Flatscreen TV with all Spanish and English channels. Interesting sites in the neighbourhood: the nearby white village Benahavis, the luxurious yacht port Puerto Banus, Estepona, San Padro, the old town of Marbella and Malaga are worth to visit. Everywhere you can find terraces, tapas bars and restaurants for every taste. We highly recommens Paraiso Park. We 'll come back!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison d'Anne et Philippe. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Les propriétaires ont été de très bons conseils et à l'écoute. La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse, bien équipée et confortable. Les terrasses extérieures nous permettaient de prendre l'intégralité des repas à l'extérieur. Le jardin privatif est un plus pour se retrouver pour lire et prendre un bain de soleil dans l'intimité et au calme. La maison est proche de la plage, de Marbella, Porto Banus et de nombreux golfs (les propriétaires nous ont proposé de nous prêter des clubs si nécessaire). Le forfait électricité a été largement suffisant pour l'intégralité du séjour. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
