Beautiful house, beautiful location.
Paul organised this fantastic stay for myself and my family, we stayed for a full week but wanted to live there permanently after the first day. The photos depict the property perfectly with the pool and landscape at the top end of the rental spectrum. Fully recommend booking for friends and family trips, if you enjoy BBQ’s and pool days. Also only a 2 minute walk to Dingli cliffs, which are notoriously great for walks with sea views.

Fabulous Location, beautiful house.
We booked this house quite some time ago as a base to travel to our sons wedding on the island.
It was touch and go right until two weeks before the trip, when we finally go the go ahead. I have to say that Tripadvisor were very understanding with regards to the whole covid situation!
We spent a week at the property with another family. We arrived late afternoon and was met by a lady who showed us around the property, explained everything including the electricity allocation.
The property was lovely, downstairs there were three bedrooms one with bathroom and the other two with a shared bathroom.
There are two bedrooms on the upper floor which is reached by a spiral staircase, which to be honest was a bit of a surprise!|! I am sure it was mentioned in the description but it really felt wobbly and it was very hard to get suitcases up there.
All the bedrooms have air con which was a god send.
The kitchen was well equipped with everything apart from plastic cups which we ended up buying as we wanted to drink near the pool and were worried about broken glass!!
It was useful to have a dishwasher and washing machine.
The outside is fantastic beautiful pool, and garden and a lovely barbeque which we used virtually every night.
The trip was not without problems, but to be honest its not the problem, but the way it was dealt with that is important. On one day we were without electricity for a whole day, it turns out that this is a regular occurrence and was notified via the electricity suppliers web site. Unfortunately we were on holiday and it would have been useful if the agent had let us know, there is no reason why we would have looked at the electricity web site. We were there for a wedding and thank goodness it wasn't on that day or we would have turned up, very hot and bothered.
Once the electrics go off you have to reset everything including the gas that heats the water, again we did not realise that and once we did the reset, it still didn't work so we had to call the agent who to his credit, arranged for the owner to come out and sort it out. So as i say it was a nuisance but the agent and owner made sure it was fixed ASAP.
The pool was a fantastic addition and we spent many hours in there relaxing!! The garden was also lovely with plenty of sunbeds and chairs. Also very useful tp have an outside loo.
We were surprised that we had a daily allocation of electricity. I understand if there wasn't some limit the temptation would be to leave the very expensive air con running all the time. That said we went over on electricity and we had tried to be very frugal with it AND we had a full day without any electricity. So I really found that to be a pain.
The location is fantastic with a short walk to the beach and to a fabulous restaurant on the corner of the road over looking the cliffs.
So all in all this was a very nice holiday with a few minor glitches which were dealt with, thats all you can ask for.

Incredible Experience!
This property is located in the middle of the country side just 100m away from Dingli cliffs. No neighbours just fields and silence.
This Farmhouse has all you need. A fully equipped kitchen, ACs in all rooms, perfect amount of furniture and an amazing outdoor garden with a pool.
Highly recommendable!!!

Tolle Unterkunft!
Die Villa ist wirklich toll! Die Übergabe funktionierte super. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig, sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Schöner Garten mit großem Pool und bequemer Sitzgarnitur. 2 nette Lokale sind zu Fuß erreichbar und die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und können die Villa 100 % weiterempfehlen!

Estancia perfecta en casa completa junto a Dingli
Pasamos una semana allí dos familias, incluyendo tres niños en junio y la elección de casa fue perfecta.
Se trata de una casa completa, independiente, situada en las afueras de Dingli y junto a los acantilados (a 2 minutos caminando). La localización es muy buena. En el calor de Malta, está localizada en un pequeño alto, cerca del mar, así que la casa es muy fresca. Tiene aire acondicionado en todas las estancias de la casa; sin embargo, aunque hacía 30-35ºC fuera, solo lo hemos necesitado en la habitación de arriba en la primera parte de la noche! Dos plantas, con tres habitaciones en la planta baja (una de matrimonio y dos con dos camas indiv) y dos en la superior (una de matrimonio y una con una cama indiv). La cocina tiene todas lo que necesitas para cocinar. El exterior todavía mejor con una piscina y un chamizo con una mesa grande a la sombra y una barbacoa.
A nuestra llegada tuvimos problemas para localizar la casa por problemas con Google Maps, pero tras llamar al propietario, acordamos vernos en el pueblo de Dingli y nos acompañaron hasta la casa.

Zeer mooie locatie, rustig gelegen aan de kliffen
Zeer ruime woning, voorzien van alle faciliteiten zoals airco in leefruimte en alle slaapkamers. We hebben veelvuldig gebruik gemaakt van de bbq en het zwembad.
Alle bezienswaardigheden op het ganse eiland zijn van hieruit met een huurauto binnen 40 minuten bereikbaar.
Boeking en in- en uitchecken zijn vlekkeloos verlopen.
Absolute aanrader!

Really lovely villa. Very clean and tidy. Pool lovely -perfect size and depth for children. Only 2 things if I was being picky... the pillows were a little hard and the air con in the upstairs master bedroom was noisy. Neither spoilt the holiday though!

Excellent family farmhouse
We stayed here for a week around New Year. Six adults and one child fitted well into the five bedrooms - two double (both ensuite) two twin and one small single. Two bedrooms are up a steep spiral staircase.
The place is wonderful - rustic rural views, really quiet, very large and comfortable living area, great beds, and close to the wild Dingli Cliffs and restaurant. Too cold for pool in winter but it would be fabulous in summer.
Kitchen is well stocked with cooking gear (no pantry staples).
It’s about 25’ to Valletta, closer to Mdina. Easy base for exploring this magnificent country. We drove (best option I think) but saw regular buses. A very good Maltese restaurant in the village.
Communication with property manager was good and the house was spotless. I searched a lot for a 5 bedroom place and Ta’ Trejni is a find. Thoroughly recommended.

Excelled farm house for a holiday .Well equipped for everything you need.
We stayed here for a week. We were 7 adults and 3 children their ages 3, 4 and 9. We were very comfortable and the views were brilliant, especially when you can see the fireworks from the village feast from the comfort of the pool area or the roof terrace. In the village there is everything you need from corner shops, bakery and other mini supermarkets.
We found the electricity allowance was more then enough for us to allow us to have air conditioning in all 5 bedrooms all night. We did not use it during the day as it's breasy with the doors open to keep you cool enough.
Once we had locked the big entrance gate the children could wonder around the garden with no worries of them getting on to the road, (although it's a very quiet road).
The only thing that we felt was missing, especially if you have small children, would be a safety gate on the spiral staircase top and bottom.
It would of been nice if the upstairs terrace had maybe a garden table and chairs, but everything else was excellent.
It was very easy from booking to leaving the farmhouse and any one you spoke to where very helpful.
We will definitely go back.

Excellent spacious out of the crowds property with garden and pool and ample parking
This property is a little gem in a lovely setting of Malta close enough for shops and transport yet remote enough for a peaceful stay ... very close by to the famous Dingli cliffs and The Cliff Restaurent (which I also recomend) ... many attractions can easily be reached from here including the Blue grotto, ghar lapsi, hagar qimand the Malta falcon center ... the property is both modern and well equipped including a good size pool and lovely garden with Patio area and use of a family sized gas BBQ .... inside is very well designed and nicely laid out ... also very easy to keep clean .... This house also has heating for the winter months and aircon for those hot summers that Malta is famous for .... with a generous electric allowance I do not think you can go far wrong with this one ... Ideal for the family or group who would rather stay away from the crowds but be able to visit them easily .... with 2 double bedrooms that have ensuite 2 twin bedrooms and a single we slotted right in .... thankyou Paul we loved our stay
