Really pretty condo that is well-equipped
The condo was equipped/appeared exactly as described and the hosts were very friendly (even though we didn't talk to them much just because we were gone a lot!). We were very happy with the unit and really appreciated the welcoming gifts. View is beautiful -- watch the ships go in and out of Castries.
A few little things that are largely out of the control of the owners: The last 100 yards or so of road to the condo is *very* steep and filled with deep ruts and potholes. That's fairly common in the Caribbean, but you might want a high-clearance vehicle to get up it. Traffic on the nearby main road is often extremely heavy, especially on weekdays near rush hours, so plan your trips accordingly (you'll never hear it unless someone really lays on his horn; don't worry about that). The late-afternoon sun can be brutal into the space, even with the shades pulled. However, this also means you get beautiful sunset views over the Caribbean. Finally, take the 'rooster warning' into account -- although we loved that!

Wonderful place
This was a great 2br 2ba condo right off the main road. It wasnt far from any major attractions, a store, or restaurants.
There is a beach that is visible from the condo and getting there is tough. If I could change one thing about this stay it would be getting be to the beach. We had to walk down a very steep path (that I fell down twice) but after going everyday we got the hang of it.
The view of the sunset and sunrise was amazing. No, amazing was an understatement, THE VIEW WAS PERFECT.
The owners were very nice and quick to respond to any of our questions and inquiries. Anslem even got a taxi for us to take us to the wedding we were there for.
I will say hot water was sparse so plan to not shower for a long time.
In summation, this was A WONDERFUL place and I would not mind returning for another visit.

Thank you for kind words Adrian. The walk down to the beach from the front of the villa can be tricky, I agree. We try to keep the grass cut low regularly with a defined path. The hot water is energy efficient solar-powered and when it’s overcast that can happen. We will definitely work on these two areas. Calabash condo stay
I stayed at this great condo near Castrire for 2 weeks this place was perfect location to where we was working plus close to the beach and and restaurants. Also it was quite and had all the amenities as you would at home. The owner was very helpful with anything you would need. I will stay here again if I ever get to come back to the island.
