We just got back from an awesome stay at the Limin' House in Tortola. There were 4 couples in our group and each had their own private bedroom and bathroom (2 bathrooms had outdoor showers!). We spent most evenings floating in the pool and watching the sunset while sipping on a cold beverage. There was an open-air living room which was perfect for relaxing, reading and playing games. Did I mention the views were ahhh-mazing? Close to two great beaches - Smuggler's Cove & Long Bay Beach, Soper's Hole - with restaurants, a small grocery store and coffee shop, Sebastian's - a good place to enjoy dinner with a view or happy hour and within minutes to the West End ferry dock, where you can catch a ferry for the day to Jost Van Dyke. Highly recommended!

Chilling At Limin House
This is the best house on West End. Unbelievable view and all the amenities you would want. By far our favorite place to visit. We have never had a bad stay here. We plan to keep coming back.

Perfect
We had this trip booked when Hurrican Irma struck paradise; we had to wait for the house to be restrored and it was worth the wait. Everything was perfect; location, space, ammentities, and of course the views.

Lovin’ Limin
House is wonderful. Perfect for our family. Beautifully decorated. Amazing views. Close to anything you need. I look forward to our next trip. House manger even went out of her way to find us an hdmi cord to watch the Alabama game. The only thing you need is a smile and your clothes. Everything is furnished that you could imagine. I would consider this tortola little gem.

Better than the pictures
Based on the website and other reviews are expectation were high for Limin' House. They were not only met but exceeded in almost everyway.
The house and especially the kitchen are exceptionally well equipped. If you love to cook I doubt you will find a better villa rental. There was even a nicely stocked bar (which we used but replaced).
Like privacy? You've got it - all of the bedrooms allowed for comfortable privacy both from within and outside of the villa.
Want company? the common areas make it very easy to gather to eat, talk or play games. The view of Sopers Hole (West End) is beautiful and ever changing. We ate at two of the restaurants virtually at the foot of the villa - Pussers and Fish and Lime and both were very good.
Smugglers Cove, arguably the least crowded on the island is just over the hill and relatively easy to get to. Keep checking your review mirror (or lave bread crumbs)as the trip back turns out to be less intuitive and took as three tries to get right. If you take Zion Hill road you wind up at Sebastian's on the beach right at the end. We like the food. But the rum is outstanding and only available there at the bar. We wound up buying 4 bottles. Three to take home and one to drink there (plus the welcome bottle provided by the owners.

Haha! Sebastian's Rum!!! The preferred drink of us and all of our guests. Watch out, though...if you share it every time you return to Tortola your friends will ask you to bring back bottles! I'm so glad your vacation exceeded your expectations! Come back soon!! Thank you for this wonderful review.

Perfect home away from home!!
Just wanted to touch base with you about our stay at your lovely villa!! We had a delightful time! Your home is just great! We have rented in many different villas in St Barths, Talum Mexico, Tobago, Jamaica, etc...and yours is hands down one of our favorites! It was so homey and perfectly appointed! Everything we needed or was necessary was available...great cooking kitchen, comfy beds, linens&trowels, nicely stocked kitchen(cleaning necessities, random condiments, bug spray, first aid kit, etc..) and just so many great "areas"...to read, socialize, poolside, etc. It was very obvious real thought and some love was put into this home! Many thanks and we hope to return!!

Family Vacation
If you're planning a trip to BVI, do not hesitate to book your stay Limin' House! It's an amazing villa with every possible amenity and the view can't be beat. Susan, the owner was great to work with too!

Chill, relax and enjoy
Limin House is an amazing experience. The owners are constantly improving the amenities - we have visited many times and each time we notice upgrades. From the new surround sound stereo - amazing by the pool - to new beach chairs, the little things make all the difference. Limin House makes you feel at home while staying in a five star luxury resorts. Pictures simply don't do the house justice. Visit and see for yourself

Fabulous!
We had an excellent stay at Limin' House in November. The villa is gorgeous and everything was in good working order. There were 4 couples and we all had plenty of privacy and comfort in our own rooms with full bathrooms. The view and sunsets are spectacular. We are from Florida, so the mosquitos were nothing new for us. The villa location is convenient with short drives to shopping, dining and beaches. We had great meals at Bananakeet, Sugar Mill and Coal Pot and enjoyed a beachfront breakfast at Long Bay Beach Club. The beaches at Long Bay and Smuggler's are beautiful and uncrowded. We took a day sail on the Kuralu - snorkeled at Sandy Spit, a beautiful little deserted island and drank Pain Killers at Soggy Dollar. We enjoyed that so much we took a day sail again on the Aristocat to Norman Island and the Indians for another fun day of snorkeling and rum drinks. We all loved our stay at Limin' House!

There are not enough superlatives to describe staying at Limin House. The villa owner has thought of everything to make your stay more enjoyable. Beautifully appointed ..Limin House dazzles the senses. We left fully refreshed and pampered and cannot wait to visit again.
