We surprised my husband with an unexpected get away to a most beautiful island! We are mesmerized! Truly the most amazingly beautiful island we’ve visited! The Love Villas accommodations have been nothing but spectacular! We have thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality by our hosts Richard and Yohamna. We couldn’t have asked for more; they provided everything, including a complimentary car! The wonderful people on Grand Turks have been so wonderful and welcoming! We look so forward to spending more time here in the very near future. We are also so happy with our Potcake escorts and our welcoming donkey friends!😊

First and foremost, I would like to thank Richard and Dr. Yohamna for this amazing work of art you all put together. I would like to start with Richard and how insightful, caring, and courteous he was since before my trip started until the very end. Richard picked us up from the airport in a Love Villa vehicle and gave us a tour. It’s such a small island and very easy to navigate. As we came close to the Villa, it’s bright and sticks out like a sore thumb! On the way there, there were donkeys and horses roaming everywhere. It was so cool to my 9 year old! To me too! We drove up to the villa and I noticed it was gated which of course made me feel safe. One of my favorite things that I had no clue about was a complimentary vehicle to drive on the island!!! How cool is that! I was a bit nervous because I had to drive on the opposite side of the street but it all worked out in the end. :). We stayed in the Seahorse villa. Everything we needed was already here waiting for us! 2 spacious bedrooms with king size beds! My 9 year old truly thought he was a king for 6 whole days! The showers were amazing. They really thought it through. A double shower with a bar to place your legs when shaving? Who thinks of this? Brilliant! A living room with a view that’s to die for! It truly felt like paradise. The amenities such as surf boards for paddle boarding, bikes, floats, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, umbrellas, etc. were available for us. Oh and the beach, lol. From the villa you could see the cruise ships. The cruise port is located about 7 minutes from the villa. Locals are able to go to the cruise port and enjoy all of these amenities. It’s great for children! My son truly enjoyed being there with all of the cruise passengers. We went snorkeling and visited Gibbs Cay. By far the best snorkeling I’ve done! Exclusive escapes with Clay(the sting ray whisperer) and Vasco. They really took care of my son and made sure his experience was amazing. We dined at Ridge Cafe, Turks head Inn, Sunflower Oasis, and Sandbar. All restaurants were small and intimate. All had amazing views. I truly believe that Love Villas is the best place to stay on the island!

Stayed March 21, 2022 thru March 26, 2022 After picking us up at the airport and showing us around, we arrived at the LOVE Villas. The place was amazing--roomy, two full bedrooms, full kitchen, beautifully detailed, nicely decorated, and immaculately kept. The kitchen also had a bottle of wine, a few local beers, the loaf of freshly baked bread and a dozen eggs-another touch to say “Welcome”. Had the use of vehicles, bikes and paddle boards and floats - all provided. Richard takes pride in what he does and it showed. He made us feel very welcomed --- from picking us up at the airport, answering questions, providing restaurant suggestions, often stopping by to chat and make sure things were right, and then taking us back to the airport. Can’t thank him enough for helping us with the travel authorization –he knew who to contact to get it approved- Otherwise we would not have been able to experience this gem. Our trip was meant to unwind and relax. LOVE Villas could not have been more suited--could listen to the soothing sounds of the waves, take leisurely walks on the beach, sitting on the lounge chairs on the patio and watch the sunset. All three levels have great views. The LOVE Villas are right on the beach -15 steps and you are in the water –how perfect is that! You can walk for miles on the nearly secluded beach-occasionally meeting another beach goer, and usually accompanied by a potcake. This is a 5 star place- Value for the Money 5 Comfort 5 Location, 5 Cleanliness, 5 Amenities, 5 Property Conditions and Facilities 5 Friendliness of the ”Staff” 5 We will be back-no doubt about that!!! Met Richard while exploring the island via golf cart. My girlfriends and I were there on a cruise. He is so kind and the pictures don't do the property justice. We'll be planning a trip there next year and we have already decided this is where we'll stay. First impressions are everything!!

Fantastic all around. Great location, amazing property and views/beach. Perfect for two couples. Richard was wonderful and easy to be reached. Everyone on the island knows him. Each morning we woke with the sun, sat on the balcony and made coffee and watched whales just offshore and the morning rainbow that greeted us. The villa has all of the comforts for an easy laid back vacation in one of the most beautiful places we have visited. We booked on a search of good places to scuba dive and couldn't have picked a better spot and host. We had a great time diving the island but also had good snorkeling right from the villa, snorkeling from the villa we saw octopus, eagle ray, and plenty of colorful coral and fish. Much more wildlife than humans which was great! The Island overall is pretty sleepy and restaurants for dinner are a good couple of hour experience so plan accordingly. There are liquor and grocery stores nearby that have the basics. The local dogs and donkeys are all very friendly. Will be back for sure!

Yes, all the prior reviews are real -- it's not too good to be true! Because Richard was always communicating or stopping by to make sure all was well, we had time to really get to the bottom of the Love Villas "mission statement." This is not posted, but when Richard described his goals it was simply this: Exceed the baseline expectations, go way beyond that, AND, provide it at a cost that makes it too good to pass on. This is exactly what Richard and Yohamna have put together here with the Love Villas. Best accommodations we have ever had, anywhere. We felt like Royalty!!

Love Villas is the place to stay ! Waking up to the view and sound of the ocean is perfect for the soul! Richard the owner has taken care of everything to make your stay feel like home. Beach chairs, towels, water shoes, you name it. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals while there. The grocery store is a 5 minute walk away, we purchased chicken, veggies ,to cook on Weber BBQ a few nights . Order from Lori (suggestions from Richard) she delivers an awesome home cooked meal ! King size beds are so comfy, it was just us 2 but lots of room for 2 couples or a family. The big wheel bikes are a fun addition to get around on and having the use of a car was perfect too! Make sure you take a drive to The Arches home of The Ridge Cafe. Amazing breakfast and coffee. You can take out too if you want to enjoy sitting on your own balcony back at Love Villa ! We can't wait to return to Grand Turk and stay at Love Villas ! Thanks again Richard.

Spectacular views! Vivid blue skies, the most beautiful turquoise waters, and the perfect place to relax or fall in love over and over again! We were blown away by the Love Villas! Upon arrival at the airport, we were greeted by Richard, the owner of the Love Villas! He shuttled us and all of our luggage to our destination, giving us a brief tour of the island, and updating us of all of the favorite spots on the island. Upon entering our Villa, we were astonished with the décor! Simple and tastefully decorated! The kitchen adjoins the living area that overlooks the stunning water. No detail has been overlooked! The kitchen is furnished with all cookware, dinnerware, and bar/beverageware that you could ever need! There is even a blender for those frozen tropical drinks that you’ll sip while sitting on your balcony or the beach admiring the most beautiful sunset that you’ve ever seen! Richard was also kind enough to furnish the villa with eggs, coffee, a bottle of wine, freshly baked bread, and a few local beers to get us by until we were able to get to the grocery (3 min trip in the provided car). The bedrooms and bathrooms are charming and very spacious! There is no need to bring shampoo, conditioner, or body wash! Amazingly, those are provided in large dispensers in each shower, along with make-up wipes and a hair dryer! When it came time for the beach, we felt as if we were on our very own private oasis! From paddle boards, to noodles, to floats, we were entertained when we weren’t lounging or snapping pictures with the island donkeys! The common area has plenty of lounge chairs, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a grill! There is even a Bluetooth speaker provided for listening to island tunes! In the afternoons, we enjoyed strolling on our bikes along front street, admiring the turquoise waters the entire way! The Villas are luxurious, the loveliest, most tasteful decorated space that you can find on Grand Turk! (They say the 3rd time is a charm, but I’m sticking with the 4th because that is when I found Love Villas!) I truly wish that I would have booked the Villas sooner!! If you are looking for peacefulness, tranquility, and a stunning view accompanied by Chic and modern accommodations, then LOVE VILLAS is for YOU!

The owners Richard Sanford and his lovely wife Dr. Jo have thought of everything you could possibly need or want! The villas are beautiful the prettiest place on the island! All the Villa's come with transportation which saves alot of money! Not only have I found a new vacation spot but I have met great people that I can call friends thank-you for making my trip exceptional! I personally rate the Live Villa's a 10 star rating see ya next May!!!
