Because its just around the corner from Gallows Point, it hides any noise from town, yet its an easy 2 block stroll to the heart of Cruz Bay. You'll enjoy the soothing sounds of the surf as you watch the sailboats go by. In the evening, enjoy fabulous sunsets year round plus the twinkling lights of St Thomas. The spacious central air conditioned master bedroom has a king size bed with direct access to the large screened ocean view terrace. The bedroom's windows on 3 sides provide cooling Caribbean breezes and an ocean view. The beautiful Restoration Hardware bath is accessed directly from the master bedroom. The second air conditioned bedroom was thoughtfully designed in a nautical style with 2 Twin children's style bunks; perfect for accommodating a family with 2 kids. The bunk beds are new with bunk style mattresses suitable for children. If you have a 3rd child, a blow-up twin mattress is available for a 5th guest. Seaside Vista is perfect for a couple as you can rent the villa with 1 bedroom, and the rate is priced accordingly. For 1 bedroom rentals, the 2nd bedroom is locked out; never rented to a different party. For convenience, the bathroom is accessible right from the second bedroom as well. The large newly tiled screened terrace has plenty of room for relaxing and dining and features all new furniture. The kitchen has been totally remodeled and features new counters, appliances and a more contemporary open floor plan to the living room. A new counter with bar stools makes it a great place to hang. The living room has large ocean view windows with a comfy sectional couch and a doorway that opens up directly to the terrace. There is also a furnished private courtyard with a grill. Owner-managed by a host that has received several awards from Trip Adviser, including the "Award of Excellence".
