This beautiful home is filled with character and comfort. It is a wonderful oasis with a wraparound porch that frames an amazing view of the mountains, greenery, and the calming sound of the ocean. It is the perfect getaway close- to beautiful beaches and wonderful restaurants. A little slice of paradise.

Simply wow. What a magical place to stay! The view is unreal to wake up to, you have breakfast while looking out over the entire island of St. John. You swim in the pool with blue skies and beaches in the distance. The location is primo, easy access to local stores, the downtown area, restaurants, and also all the beaches!! I had such a great and relaxed time, will definitely be back again, and staying here 100%!!!

This home is gorgeous! My friends and I had such a phenomenal time here. There is a pool, laundry, and everything you need. You have easy access to the city and to the innumerable amount of beaches on the St. John. I could not think of a better place to stay when there. Wonderful amenities, absolutely stunning view to wake up to, and a great gateway to an enjoyable vacation. Also the logistics were so easy! Thank you!!!

The villa was exactly what we were looking for. The perfect place to come home to after a long day at the beach. We took advantage of the pool in the evenings, breakfast out on the deck and BBQ nights under the stars. The house came fully equipped with everything we needed. We will miss the views and tropical breeze.

The location is amazing 5' from supermarket, 10' to Cruz Bay and an spectacular view. We loved to have breakfast on the gallery with the amazing view. The pool is very private with a view to the ocean. Claudia (the owner) and Myrtle (the manager) were very helpful with all the information requested and helping us to getting to the house and renting the jeep. definitely we will visit again Villa Catalina.

Villa Catalina was exactly as pictured and exactly what we wanted in a home on St John. We spent 6 glorious weeks with family and friends and everything was perfect. Claudia is responsive and her on island staff are very professional. We loved our time at Villa Catalina.

My husband and I and 3 other family members spent 8 days at the villa. We had a wonderful time at the villa and at various beaches of St John. We loved all the gorgeous beaches and did a lot of snorkeling. The island is breathtakingly beautiful. The house is very secure, comfortable, clean and in a great location surrounded by trees, a very peaceful setting. The master bedroom is a good size and so comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is in the house, from dishes, pots, seasonings, BBQ grill, blender, etc. Myrtle was just a phone call away if we needed anything. Our stay couldn’t have been more comfortable or enjoyable and we look forward to going again.

We just returned from St. John, where we spent a week at Villa Catalina. We were a group of five people including two kids and we had a great stay. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kids had a great time playing in the pool after returning from the beach and we all enjoyed the lovely view. We already miss St. John and Villa Catalina. He hope to be back!
