Many positives. Very responsive communication from multiple staff including Duran and Maria. They answered multiple inquiries and set us up with airport transfer(Bert for the win!) and a car. Our place was very clean and 2 staff came to see that we had everything we needed including grabbing some coffee filters! The pool was an added bonus! They only issue we had was the barking dogs. We kept our windows open for that wonderful breeze and every night we heard 2 different groups of dogs. There are 2 properties across the street with 5 dogs between them. This isn't the owners fault and completely out of their control. Bring earplugs or turn on the air and shut your windows! All in all a great experience. We would 100% use Tangerine Sunsets un the future!

Quiet location near to beaches
This cozy condo is in a quiet location and close to beaches. Great value for the accommodation and very near to the Harbor Bay Shopping Plaza where you can pick up groceries and other particulars.

Wonderful and relaxing
We stayed with Tangerine for 4nights and it was great! They answered all our questions really fast and treated us really kindly. If we go back to Nassau (which we Hope) we sure will repeat our stay with them!

Wonderful experience
I am a travel agent and stayed in this studio for a business trip to the Bahamas. The neighborhood can be very safe and quiet and within a few meters it is possible to wait for a public bus that will take you to downtown in a few minutes, however the transport service does not have a precise timetable and I highly recommend renting a car. The studio will be very clean and there will be a small corner with a fridge and microwave but no stove. There is also a laundry room with a free washer and dryer but you need to buy detergent. In addition there is also a large tennis court and a wonderful swimming pool and deckchairs for sunbathing. Due to the high cost of the hotels being an excellent solution for a single or couple

The suite is clean, well decorated, and provides all the necessities. Bed is comfortable. The pool and tennis court were nice to have on site. Good customer service.
Our trip was quite an adventure, and I would not anticipate all of the things that happened for us to occur for everybody... but I would be remiss not to mention them. The suite was not located in the spot it showed up on in the VRBO site, and when we searched the address that is provided close to the time of your stay, it did not come up. We had figured it would be a small side street, or a lane way in a complex near the pin point on the map, however it was not. The property is on the residential Eastern side of the island, and there was no bus stop nearby. Our taxi was not at the airport when we arrived, as he had misbooked us for the following day. He arrived within 30 minutes. Our emails to the property company to get help booking activities were going to their junk mail, which was tricky over the Easter long weekend. Recommend to book your excursions ahead of arriving to the island, especially if you want to go to Exuma. There were a few issues with the property plumbing during our stay, however Duran was able to resolve them once he arrived on the island, and was very prompt to reply once we had his WhatsApp messenger contact. He compensated us for our return taxi back to the airport, and even made sure we had some cold beers to sit by the pool while the plumbing was being repaired. Taxis do add up ($50 round trip to downtown/Paradise Island) recommend to book a vehicle (2 day minimum for the Tangerine sunsets vehicle) if you want to get around to multiple destinations. I recommend getting a grocery stop or delivery planned ahead of time, if you are not renting a vehicle. Montague beach nearby is a locals beach, and has food vendors, but not the long white sands beaches you may anticipate. Most other beaches we saw around the island were more along what a tourist may envision.
Overall a great trip - would recommend and return now that we know what to expect, and since the customer service really turned around any of the trickies we ran into.

Amazing Stay
Me and my wife had an amazing stay at the Tangerine!
Only downside was there was a big roach that got away when we tried to kill it. It showed up one time and never saw it again.

Convenient, Clean, Comfortable
One thing to know about most places is that having a car is important. There is nothing within walking distance, although shops, downtown Bay Street and Paradise Island are all within a 10 - 20 minute drive from this location. I was really impressed with how quickly the team responded to any enquiries that I had leading up to and during my stay. I also really loved the location because it was so quiet and peaceful and I woke up to birds singing each day. The pool was lovely and they were really thoughtful about leaving goggles and pool toys and even equipment to use the tennis court. I would definitely stay here again.
