I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. Location was good staff was very helpful. Very friendly and family condo. Very well kept condo enough towels and everything you need to enjoy your time on vacation. I will highly recommend this property to my family and friends.

Nice Accomidations
We spend one month at this property, there were just the two of us and the unit was perfect for that size. The area was relatively quite with fast food restaurants close by,I would say a car is must on Nassau. The unit had all the utensils need for a stay, they supplied drinking water throughout the stay and Brigitte was a great help. When you look at the cost of accomidations in Nassau this unit is very reasonably priced.

Okay for Nassau
Small but convenient. Though this was a little dirtier than expected. The sofa bed were pretty stained, the dishes dirty and the baby got all black after crawling on the floor. Location was okay to go to Atlantis. We had to pay extra for the play pen, I would think that owners would have a play pen for families as it is not easy to carry on the plane (we had one for free in 2 other places). The owners were were really nice and convenient though.

Jonathan, I'm surprised by the comments in your review. I felt we bent over backward to accommodate your requests. This is a one bedroom unit that sleeps up to 4 persons, but we allowed you to include 5 because you indicated it was a baby. We also advised we don't have a play pen but was willing to look for a vendor for you to rent on short notice and have them deliver it. You seemed happy with our efforts to secure this under such circumstances, so I'm surprised to see you now complain about what you appeared to be appreciative of (we didn't charge for securing this for you, the vendor charged for renting the play pen). We have very exacting cleaning standards and guests constantly praise us for this in reviews so your comments are inconsistent with our standards and our guest experiences. Even if guests wash dishes before they leave, we rewash ALL of them to ensure our cleaning standards are met every time. You failed to mention that the unit has floor tiles, so if you have 5 persons walking in and out with their shoes on throughout the day and opt to have a baby crawl on the same floor, I can see how a floor that was presented to you clean, could become one where a baby would pick up dust on their hands and knees. I presumed this was what you wanted the playpen for.
We appreciate all of our guests, and we work hard to ensure they have a great experience with us, this is always our #1 goal. I also appreciate honest feedback as that always help us to improve. I am, however, surprised and disappointed by your comments. We were always in constant contact to ensure you had a great stay, before and during your stay, and there was never a mention of any of these things.

Peace and quiet
This condo was comfortable and a very quiet development. Bring shampoo and coffee with you so if you get in late, you have it for the morning. We used their transportation which was very reliable. They have great drivers who will show you around. It feels very safe and the codes to get in and out of the gate are easy. They have bottled water and drinkable water containers. We enjoyed our stay very much.

It was affordable, cozy and felt like a home away from home with all the amenities to cook meals if thats your thing.
The place was quaint, clean, near to many businesses, easy to maneuver from the area and the guest service online and via direct calls were amazing.

Perfect Place For Couples
This place is gated and there's a liquor store that's within walking distance and waaaaay cheaper than the liquor stores near the ports. The customer service was excellent! I got lost due to my error and not reading their email and they still assisted me with directions. They have 2 drivers I believe that will get you around but I chose to get a rental. I really enjoyed my stay, Thanks!

Yes, it is located in a gated community and a few minutes away from stores so you wouldn't' have to go far for just about anything you need. My stay was well enjoyed due to the amazing staff. Bridgette always surpasses my expectations with her outstanding customer service. unfortunately there an issue with the gate. had to wait approximately 20 minute on arrival to enter the property.the gate the only downside to my trip. will return again with friends to show them its better in the Bahamas. Nice spacious and secure
The accommodation was very good and clean with a separate bedroom, bathroom and living area. Located within a gated community the accommodation gave me the feeling of security which is probably the first tune I have felt that in Nassau.
There were complimentary snacks when I arrived which was great as I arrived later in the afternoon.
All in all a great place to rent while in Nassau.
