Free WiFI, cable and DVD are included. Step out on to our huge 28’ wrap-around balcony from each room and enjoy spectacular sunsets, morning coffee, lunch or dinner under the stars, and late night conversation. After the sun sets, enjoy the stunning city lights! The 2nd master suite has a private 14’ balcony with a sunrise view of the bay. Sleep like a king in our extremely quiet, beautifully decorated master suite that has a king size bed, separate dressing area, walk-in closet, private bath with a huge walk-in shower. All of this and a gulf/bay view, flat screen TV/DVD and balcony access to enjoy your morning coffee. The spacious 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds, large closet, flat screen TV/DVD, and balcony access with gulf/bay views. Luxury at it's best and perfect location.

Had the best time! Such a beautiful and perfect place to stay. It felt like a 5 star hotel with a huge balcony and the views were breathtaking. Also, the beach service made us feel like we owned the beach. Our plan is to come back every year, such a treat!

Surfside 1412-The Jewel of the Emerald Coast

My wife and I discovered Surfside 1412 in Destin two years ago. Each visit here gets better as we are able to see the ongoing improvements to this beautiful property, although we continue to wonder why because it was perfect from the first minute we walked in. The owners, Mary and Jim, are wonderful people and extremely easy to work with when reserving their gorgeous home on Miramar Beach. The three bedroom, three bath condo is extremely well done with very modern amenities and creature comforts that are perfect for young or old. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms recently remodeled, the kitchen well stocked with all the comforts of home. The "pay-it-forward" wine rack is a great idea and the balconies lend themselves to beautiful sunrises and the most exquisite sunsets on the Emerald Coast. The condo development has an excellent restaurant on property, two great hot tubs, a very large heated pool, an elevated walkway to the beach which includes a very cool bar along the way. Parking at the condo is plentiful and security is on location. The condo is also located near great restaurants, outdoor activities, fishing, golf and more! If you are planning a trip to Destin, FL. You owe it to yourself to rent this beach paradise owned by Mary & Jim. There is no place better than Surfside 1412!!!!! Enjoy!
