For my husband's milestone birthday, he didn't want any special gift or a party; the only thing he wanted was to bring our friends to Majestic Mansion. It was just as amazing as we remembered it from our last trip years ago. Yes, the property is incredible, but what makes it truly a trip of a lifetime is the AMAZING staff. Roberto, the house manager, made sure all of our needs were met. Tony and Israel, the day and night wait staff, ensured our glasses were never empty. The incredible chef, Tania, tantalized our taste buds with delicious food and our driver, Nacho, made sure to take us anywhere we needed to go, any time we wanted to. One thing I did not anticipate (or think about) when booking, was the additional support we received in an emergency. One of our guests experienced a health emergency. Roberto arranged for a doctor to come to the property within 20 minutes. He stayed with our guest for over 4 hours. Instead of sending him to the hospital in the midst of a pandemic, he arranged to have IVs and medications set up in the house. The doctor checked on him regularly until he was stable and we found out Tony, our day waiter, is actually a nurse! He took regular vitals, communicated with the doctor and ensured our guest returned to health. All ended up well. When we tried to pay the medical staff, we were told all the fees, with exception of the medications, were included with the price of the rental. I was stunned! This is, by far, the most incredible location to rent! We can't wait to return.

De las mejores vacaciones en familia, Villas de lo mejor!
Nuestra es grande y tuvimos que rentar estas dos villas, de las Brisas y la condesa. Todo estuvo perfecto y quedamos muy complacidos con el servicio que nos dieron. Las villas fueron de lo mejor, con lindas albercas, muy buena atención y lo mejor de todo, con mucha diversión a todas horas. Todos queremos regresar pronto.

Espectacular !!
Qué se puede decir ?? La pasamos delicioso , un ambiente donde te conectas con la naturaleza en la comodidad de una villa tranquila , donde el equipo del staff se convierten en tus amigos , personas muy agradables y serviciales.
Me encantó que estuve rodeada de árboles , te adentras en una tipo selva donde todo alrededor es verde y justo en frente , la imponente Bahía de Acapulco , viste desde un ángulo perfecto para admirarla .
Por si fuera poco , todo el tiempo se come delicioso , preparan la comida muy fresca y con un delicioso sabor.
Yo quede encantada con Mansión Majestic, de los mejores lugares para estar en Acapulco .

LUXURIOUS!!!!
Honestly don't know where to start! From the second we walked through the door it was a 5 star experience! The staff filled every need before you even had to ask! The food was incredible and of local fare, or not...it only depended on what taste we had for the day! They accommodated every wish and need! The facility was spotless, and we woke to ocean views and went to sleep with city lights and sunsets. Breathtaking!!!
The Mansion is just top of the line. From it's marble floors to comfy accommodations, cool rooms, and plush linens. The pictures are true to the experience. 5 STAR!! If we weren't having a pool party on the first floor, we were enjoying the roof top lounge and full bar! The quality is spread out on every floor. The spa experience was exquisite. From pedicures to massages, and can't forget the amazing hot STEAM room and hot tub!
This is a "must visit" experience. Can't say enough about this villa! Can't WAIT to book again!

¡Villa y servicio de nivel DIAMANTE! Excelentes vacaciones
Esta experiencia fue lo mejor que nos ha pasado a mi familia y a mí. Como hombre de negocios siempre busco que el servicio que ofrezca una propiedad sea de alto nivel y esta villa de verdad me sorprendió. Todo el personal estuvo a mi disposición y la experiencia estuvo de maravilla!
Fueron las mejores vacaciones en años. La alberca infinita te ofrece una vista increíble para disfrutar el atardecer, el servicio fue de calidad diamante y la vista de la bahía por la noche te deja sin aliento.
Desde que llegamos a la villa hasta que salimos estuvieron muy atentos a todo lo que necesitábamos y siempre disponibles todo el dia y toda la noche.
Las habitaciones son muy amplias y confortables. Nuestra chef estuvo increíble preparando todo tipo de comida internacional.
Ya tengo reservada la villa para regresar con mi familia muy pronto.

Vacation of a lifetime
Found a wonderful location to celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary and hit the jackpot. Overlooking Acapulco Bay with stunning views, this place has it all. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Every meal was fantastic and provided a culinary journey through the region, and the beverage service did not disappoint. Breakfast was normally on the first floor terrace, lunch at the poolside bar, and dinner on the rooftop deck. Dining on the rooftop deck watching the sunset and then enjoying the hot-tub or a massage in the spa will be memories that I cherish for a lifetime.
Friends had cautioned me about traveling to Mexico, but I never felt unsafe. From airport arrival to departure, I felt safe, secure, and well looked after. The current exchange rate and fantastic weather topped it all off.
If you are looking for that dream vacation of a lifetime, look no further.

Views to die for!
All I can say is "wow". The villa is bigger than I expected. The furnishings were great (beds, linens, sun loungers, etc). And the views!!. The infinity pool looks out over Acapulco bay with stunning day and night views. The ocean breeze keeps the temp comfortable (indoor spaces have aircon) enough to sit out on the covered veranda or roof top deck. It is your own private resort. Fully staffed with friendly bi lingual locals who are extremely helpful. There is even a certified chef and massage therapist on staff!
You can do everythig, or nothing, here at the mansion. Go into town, just a short ride away, or lounge at the pool with the swim up bar. Complete with wifi, if you need to work, but why??
Food is amazing. Flor and Tania can whip up anything. Plus, they do the shoppin.
Life is so good here at the Magestic Mansion.

Best Birthday Celebration Ever!
The mansion is gorgeous! It has an amazing view; it is kept very clean, and the staff is excellent! Can't wait to go back!

Tropical Paradise - Relaxing with Breathtaking View that Photos Cannot Capture
If you need to relax away from the grind, this is your place. The house is impeccable, the staff so accommodating, the food and drink hard to beat, and the view cannot be captured in photos or words. I've tried, but it's next to impossible.
Massages poolside, breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner served - why ever leave the house? Steve and his staff will make your vacation getaway come true. The weather is an almost constant 88 degrees F. The flowers are always blooming. It really is a tropical paradise. Great place to let the creative juices come alive.....
