Loved this condo! Our stay was great and this condo is beautiful! Rossini is wonderful to work with and Patricia a 24/7 property manager. The Peninsula is a stunning facility with the endless pool and only steps to the beach. the security staff friendly and always willing to help. We so appreciated Cristal (concierge) making reservations for us and helping to navigate plans. Can't wait to go again!

Mansion In The Sky
This must be the largest apartment I have ever seen, with a pool that is equally monumental. Five of us (adults) stayed here for a week-long family vacation. The unit is without-a-doubt simply stunning. Being a very large end unit, it affords incredible ocean and city views on three sides of the building. It is minimally, but tastefully decorated with contemporary furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped. Three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The 4th room has no windows, but is cozy and has a bathroom next to it.
The building is strictly secured with guards at the gate and in the lobbies. You have to check in with the apartment unit's manager in the basement lobby (not the main floor lobby), so be sure to tell your taxi driver to go down into the garage and go to the last building on the left. Each guest will receive a colored bracelet and only those registered by name will get one. No visitors are allowed into the building, only registered renters.
It's easy to get around. The Soriana super market is an 8-minute walk. Walmart is only 15 minutes by foot. You can call the front desk staff anytime for taxis. Ask for a van taxi if you have more than 4 persons.
You are allotted 250 KWh for each week and as long as you don't turn on the A/C, you won't have to pay extra for electricity.
The only down side is the noise at all times of the day and night. The new beach club next door opened and already instigated an owners/renters meeting to discuss mitigating it. There is also noise from construction, parties at other nearby resorts, fireworks and the occasional late-night drunken conversationalists down below. The surrounding buildings seem to create a canyon where sounds just bounce around and end up in your bedroom,.
We would rent this unit again, and maybe even rent the 3-BR unit next door (owned by someone else) for additional family members. There are only 2 units per side, so it would be a blast to rent the 2 units together.

Everything about this place is wonderful! It's very well appointed and the manager was so helpful. The location is great. We loved it so much, we booked it again for next year.

Phenomenal Penthouse-like Villa
Where do I begin? What an amazing and phenomenal villa. From the moment you walk in, you are immediately taken aback by the breathtaking views from the expansive balcony that sits on two sides of the building. The villa is bigger than you are able to tell in the pictures, and is extremely well appointed and decorated. You get views of both the ocean and the mountain side. There are also expansive balconies from two of the main bedrooms. Fairly easy check-in process (and check out) and Rosini was a lot of help with suggestions for dining and transfers. The villa is more like a luxury penthouse than a condo, as there are only four suites on each floor. The building is perfectly located, close to a mall and grocery store and shopping and dining, and about a 10 minute cab ride to the Romantic Zone. I was there for my birthday with 7 other guests and there was enough kitchen cutlerry and dining and cooking utensils to accomodate all of us and we had at least one meal a day there. They provide fresh water. The pool is phenomenal as well. Don't forget to take advantage of a massage, if you can. We had ours done on the balcony and the cost was roughly $27 US for an hour. There's also a restaurant and bar at the neighboring building a few steps away. This is definitely my new go-to vacation home that I plan to book every time I return to PV (and I go at least every other year.) One of the bedrooms is on the small side with no windows, but because of the tropcial breeze that flowed through the house, it was not stuffy or too crowded. Better for kids to use, but definitely usable for adults if needed. The only thing I would ask for the next time I return is balcony furniture that reclines so I can really stretch out on the large patio and take in the sunset or sunbathe, if I don't feel like going down to the pool. Other than, you won't be disappointed with this rental. It's a hidden gem that I almost didn't want to give a good review for for fear it will be booked the next time I return. Oh, well, I shouldn't be the only one to enjoy the finer things in life. Enjoy!

Paradise
We arrived at the condo and was reassured of the safety of PVR by a tight security before entering our property..As we approached, the views were breathtaking! Water fountains, birds singing, an ocean overlooking a very long clean pool.The perfect escape! As we got clearance to enter our unit with bracelets and keys we entered a condo I have never been in before.A view from ceiling to floor, a corner with a wrap around balcony!Truly breathtaking! A tour of our unit was given by our manager Patricia,who was very friendly.and helpful .We had everything we could have possibly needed.New pots and pans, dishes, dish cloths, towels fresh made beds with extra linen, I couldn't have chosen a better place for my month vacation.thank you Rossinni.

excelente lugar, todo en orden, mucha vigilancia, el lugar muy limpio, el departamento de lujo, solo un detalle en cuanto a las llaves de acceso a la playa, pues solo te dan una, y son departamentos en donde caben más de 5 personas es muy difícil, que todos usen la misma llave al mismo tiempo, pero todo en realidad excelente, volvería a rentar el mismo lugar en la siguiente ocasión

Spectacular Views, Spectacular Place
There was several hiccups during our stay but in terms of the accommodations, it's just as pictured. The open floor and the 3 larger bedrooms are great. The place was safe but annoying as the same time as they only allowed you in if you had a wrist band. Not good if you made new friends or have family in Puerto Vallarta who you wanted to share the beautiful views with.
Inside the unit, you have 1 large master bedroom with a gorgeous side view of the ocean, and a second lanai facing the mountains. Gorgeous bathroom with a shower and a separate soaking tub. Wonderful! The second smaller master also has it's own bathroom in a smaller scale but still impressive. That one also has a lanai that joins the 2nd lanai in the master bedroom. The third bedroom is a descent size with 2 twin beds, and it's own bathroom but a bit weird with no access to a lanai or a window that opens. That was a good fit for the boys. The forth bedroom was okay. It was more like a large closet as it was smaller,with no windows at all. The restroom was next door to it. The unit itself is in good condition. We were all happy except for our issue with trying to watch movies on the non working dvd player. Although the manager did go and try to fix it but the few minutes that he was there, the system decides to open and as soon as he leaves, it goes back to not working. It was awesome. Ha ha...
Having the washer and dryer in unit was bliss! Really made a great difference when traveling with 6 children. Overall, a great beautiful place!
Now, for eating out options : we didn't find out until the morning when we were leaving that there is a stand that is set up daily in the west side of the beautiful pool area. All their food is soooooo delicious and pretty affordable. We were so disappointed that we found out so late in our trip. That would've definitely been our "go to" for lunch options. The rest of the city was just a bus ride away or $200 pesos for a private taxi. (Which can be called using the people in the lobby)
Overall, a great experience. You will not regret booking this place for your vacay. Hope this helps. Enjoy!

Breathe Taking Every Time
I visited for a week with a total of 8 adults. Couldn't have asked for a better living space. The view was breathe taking every time, loved the glass doors throughout the entire rooms. Beach front and pool were private. Walking distance from grocery store for grocery items. Felt right at home.

Vacaciones asombrosas con vista espectacular a la playa
Excelente departamento de lujo en Puerto Vallarta, muy amplio. Con una hermosa vista a la playa y un conjunto de departamentos de primera con muy buenas instalaciones y una alberca muy grande. La atención del dueño y el manager del departamento siempre fue excelente. Muy buena opción, súper recomendado. Ubicación céntrica.
