Amazing place to stay!
Would be great for large groups, family trips but was still amazing as a couples getaway.
We were told not to use our GPS as it can take you to the wrong place and were able to find the place with no problems using the directions provided by the owners. Keeping in mind this is with two people who don't speak Spanish and have never been to Mexico before.
The house was immaculate upon our arrival and Martina the housekeeper on site was so very sweet. She did her best to communicate with us (We ended up using a translator app on our phone!) and made sure our flight went well. She kept the house very tidy through our whole stay and even made sure to check in on us on a night we got home later than normal.
The house was more than spacious and each room had it's own bathroom. The bathrooms were on a natural septic system that uses no water and instead has a sawdust based decomp system which I was a little nervous about but it was not a problem at all. There was NO smell and all the bathrooms and toilets were incredibly clean.
The villa has a beautiful outdoor pool and sitting out in the sun and watching the birds was so relaxing.
The kitchen was well equipped and there was a Walmart close by so grocery shopping for meals was super easy.
Overall the trip was absolutely incredible and I would recommend this property to anyone!

Incredible house, lovely staff!!!!
We have stayed in Villa natural in March with family and friends. The house
is huge, each room has its own bathroom, the design is exquisite. Large
living room, large dining room with luxurious furniture. The master is 1,000
sf with view on the garden and pool with an stone bathroom.
Large private pool for guests of the villa only. Very well located with
grocery stores nearby. The house keeper Martina has been incredible with us,
booking cabs, tours, recommended restaurants etc etc.
We will be back next year!!!

This place was amazing.
The structure of this house is absolutely breathtaking. It was neat and clean. Very modern and natural feel. There are lots of bugs because the area surrounding the villa is very plant based but nothing that a little bug spray can't fix. Also, the toilets were a little odd. I was structured like a regular toilet but it was a hole in the ground. It didn't bother us but it is definitely something that should be listed when booking. The only reason this place got 4 stars is because we woke up really early one morning because we had a tour scheduled and their was no running water in the house. I don't know if it was turned off or what but no one was able to shower before that day's activities because of this. Other then that, everything was great. Martina, the housekeeper, was literally the sweetest person I've ever met. We had our language barrier but google translator was our best friend.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE
The place is beautiful it’s gated and ducked off from the street. The bedroom are big and it really gives you a Mexico feel..... we had a cook that came and prepared meals and we were able to party without worrying about the neighbors! And the pool was nice too came with floats!! I would recommend the house

Great Vacation!!!
This villa is a beautiful place. We felt very safe. My family and I stayed there from Jan 05-Jan10 2019. We also took our two chihuahuas, Martina the housekeeper was a jewel, she took great care of us and our dogs!! Also her son Mauricio was so helpful, he showed us around Cancun and was always available for our needs. Definitely recommend this to everyone. We loved our stay and will definitely book again!!! One thing about the rooms is that there were no curtains, other than that it was amazing.

Hermosa Casa
Muchas gracias al anfitrión Rayda, es un lugar maravilloso en donde viví muchas experiencias lindas junto a mi familia, muy confortable que se siente como si estuvieses en casa, con mucha áreas verdes, el jardín enorme, la alberca la disfrutamos mucho, hasta la cancha de basquet, también el servicio con muy buenas atenciones, gracias Martina fuiste muy amable con todos nosotros, yo les recomiendo ampliamente Villa Natural, Unique Luxurious Architecture, van a quedar fascinado con el lugar!

Wonderful house!!
The house is wonderful, I still cannot understand it 100%.
There is not one wall flat, all are round or curved, the architect of this house is or was a real genius. The garden is absolutely amazing!
The pool is perfect, clean and warm, but not hot so it is very refreshing.
Two observations for the owner, the rooms need curtains, if you want to get up from bed late is almost impossible, too much light.
Everything is absolutely clean and Martina is an angel and she cooks wonderfully.
I highly recommend this house, thanks for everything Rayna.

Nice House, But A Few Issues
The booking of the house was very easy, and Rayda (the owner) answered all of our questions prior to our arrival.
Once we arrived, we loved the house. We met Mauricio (the groundskeeper) and his mother Martina (the housekeeper) when we first arrived. They are both amazing and VERY attentive, but neither of them speaks any English which sometimes made it difficult to communicate (thankfully we had Google translate). They clean the house everyday, except Sundays.
The house is VERY natural. We wish we had been told about just how natural it was before we booked and arrived.
The A/C barely worked and most of the ceiling fans didn't work either, so the house was very hot most of the time. The fountain that is suppose to "keep the house cool", doesn't work.
The refrigerator also didn't work well. We ended up having to throw away ALOT of our food, because the fridge wouldn't get cold and the freezer didn't freeze well. Eventually Martina brought us some coolers and ice to keep the food we had left in.
The toilets do not flush (you use the bathroom and then pour sawdust down the hole), the water is off and on a big part off the time (we had 10 people in our group, and some had to skip showers because of no water), and there were LOTS of bugs constantly in the house. You couldn't even sit down without a bug crawling on or near you. Ants were EVERYWHERE. We couldn't sit anything down without ants getting into it. There were small ants, larger carpenter ants, spiders, mosquitos, and silver fish everywhere.
I also found lots of bugs in the beds. I even went as far as spraying the mattresses and sheets down with bug spray, and all it did was bring more bugs out of the beds (pictures attached). The night before we left, there was a tarantula size spider crawling in one of the rooms (picture of dead spider included).
Over all....... We enjoyed our time in Cancun and LOVED Mauricio and Martina. However....... As beautiful as the house is, we probably wouldn't book this location again.

A hidden paradise!
The house is beautiful and it has all the amenities that we need it, the staff was very helpful and answer all our questions, the location is perfect for us, we enjoy the pool, the rooms very clean, we had all we need it on the kitchen, we really enjoy our short time on this beautiful house! I wish I could stay longer, but for sure we will come back some day! and stay longer
