Family vacation! 9 of us stayed here ranging from ages 9-57. The location is convenient, although it was a little hard to find the place because our GPS wasn't working. I did take a snap shot of the directions given and this helped. The place is charming with artistic flare. Architecture of the villa is beautiful, European style. You appreciate the ambience of the style. There is a pool on site, beach is steps away. You do have to pay extra for electricity if you utilize the air conditioning units, but the owners, who are very lovely people, will tell you that ahead of time. Restaurants, malls, activities are within minutes. The villa is in a gated community, very safe, in Hotel Zone. Bus can take you anywhere. Do we recommend this place, absolutely, only if you will respect this work of art! Enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay at Daniel’s home! The house was beautiful and spacious. Marianne booked our excursions and travel and was super responsive! Couldn’t have asked for better hosts and a better stay

It was amazing . I liked that the owners Daniel and Marianne went to introduce themselves. They’re really nice people.Their staff Maria , Ricardo , & Noel are super friendly too. The whale beach is across the street. Todo me gusto los dueños te hablan tu idioma si te sientes más a gusto. Maria, Ricardo , & Noel nos estaban esperando con una sonrisa. My friends and I had so much fun and loved the place. The hosts were super friendly and gave us tons of suggestions of things to see and do during our stay. We would definitely return again and stay there. Thank you!

We arrived to find the driver we arranged to the pick through Daniel (the owner) and he was waiting for us with a sign. A Personal Concierge was waiting at the house to check us in and this took no time at all. We decided to have a chef prepare dinner for us the first night and it although a bit pricey, it was absolutely delicious (we had the Grill night with Margarita add-on) and we had enough left over for dinner one night later in the week. The house was just as it looked in the pictures. It was perfect for us as we were two couples and there are two master suites upstairs. The house is near the best restaurant in the Hotel Zone, 2 blocks walking distance. The house is in a safe and residential neighborhood with 24 hours security staff. We felt perfectly safe. Marie and Beto did an outstanding job keeping the house and the grounds up and Maria even did our laundry up for us a couple of times. She could have cooked for us as well, but we usually had our breakfast before she arrived. She did a great job cleaning up though! We also booked a couple of excursions through the Personal Concierge with excellent prices and special promotions, Daniel is the owner of a travel agency as well and the attention was perfect. We did a sunset cruise with a snorkel add-on and a trip to the Love Lagoon. Both were excellent and it was nice that they were private. We would absolutely stay in this house again! RB

We rented the property last month for our family vacation. The property is in a gated community, quite and clean.The house is very nice and was able to accommodate our big group. The location is great, accessible via public transportation and taxi. The beach is just across the street from the house. Vendors for various tours and activities are just around the corner and nightlife is few minutes away. Daniel, the owner is very helpful, accommodating and easy to deal with. He always responds to my inquiry quickly. His staff, Maria and Ismael were fantastic!

Pros: Great location, easy beach access (see picture) close to shops, next to the Hardrock Hotel, comfy, large home. Good pool. Beware this is a residential community so there was a noise complaint when we played music by the pool in the middle of the day. However, the owner, Daniel, quickly took care of the complaint and assured us we were okay to play music during the day time and we continued our pool day comfortably. There is security on site 24 hours and this is a gated community. Natalia also provides great options for excursions/tours. You may want to talk to her before booking things independently (like I did). My only complaint (which is really just a suggestion to the host) is that a lot of the faucets weren't working properly and not following the standard - left turn open, right turn closed. Water did come out but kind of sprayed everywhere. Also, when people showered downstairs the showers upstairs would lower in pressure significantly. I've traveled to a lot of places in Mexico and plumbing issues are very common. It didn't bother our group too much, we were still very happy with our stay. A little attention to details like this could go a long way. Overall very satisfied and would rent again! Strongly recommend.
