Michelle was our host, and I can’t say enough great things about her. She made sure every detail was set in place. She was easy to get a hold of, and had a book of places to check out or where to get something. The place was gorgeous, right on the beach and still had a pool with swim up bar! Peaceful and relaxing. Definitely will stay again!

otima vista para o mar, externamente em remodelamento, mas o apartamento com todas as comodidades como descrito no anuncio.
cozinha muito funcional, com todos as necessidades para a estadia. proximo a mini-mercado.

My flight was cancelled due to pandemic my job was also strained with achieving looking for work due to so many loosing their jobs. But I know I would of had a wonderful holiday despite all what’s happened

Feliz estancia.
Excelente atencion de Michelle en todo momento. El condominio se encuentra encuentra entra en una zona privilegiada. Sin duda alguna volveremos y recomendaremos a nuestros amigos.

Una vista increible
El departamento tiene todo lo necesario, está muy limpio y en buenas condiciones, no así el edificio.
Cuando llegamos note q a lugar le faltaba mantencio.
Los últimos 3 días d mi estadía fue imposible descansar, ya q había albañiles martillado las paredes.
Creo q para hacer todos los arreglos q le hace falta al edificio, no tendrían q recibir huéspedes por el tiempo q les lleve las reparacione.
No tuvieron en cuenta q la gente va A descansar.
Fue mi experiencia y es mi humilde opinión.
De todos modos esto no tiene nada q ver con el departamento, q tiene muy buena vista y me resultó muy cómodo para 3 pax.

Little things made our stay less enjoyable
Stayed here for 3 nights just to get over our jet-lag at the beginning of our holiday to South America
Pros-
Quiet place to stay
Nice view from the balcony
Free access to swimming pool within Solymar
Prompt replies from Michelle on all of our inquiries before and during our stay
Cons-
There was no washing machine in the room, as advertised on FlipKey (was removed from the list of amenities after we enquired)
No teaspoons or kettle in the kitchen. Were brought more tablespoons after we asked for teaspoons.
Fumigation was performed in the middle of the day, during our stay. Not sure why fumigation couldn't be arranged while there were no guests.
Light switch was broken, although it was promptly fixed on the same day. We got an impression that the owners were bothered by our requests, however, and when another light started flickering in the evening we didn't bother to mention it.

I'm so proud that we have over 1000 excellent reviews and are here on site to look after our guests 24/7. I felt really sorry for these people who were paying less than 100 per night for ocean view , balcony , free in room wifi , free phone calls worldwide , incredible beach , easy access to everything that makes Cancun wonderful ...and yet they were still miserable . We have a washer and dryer in the building and people do it for us so you can focus on your vacation, none other f my twenty studios have space for a washer and dryer in room ...no one does . And yes we fumigate , and it's non toxic and we are always filled with guests ....we do what is regulated to ensure your happiness which means no bugs . In short , see the other reviews :) I see you can't please everyone !!!! Fortunately its apparent in the reviews that we usually do. No kettle no, it's not listed that we have one ....teaspoons ??? You can see the problem with these people

Love to stay there again
Our host, Michelle, was super sweet. The area was safe, this is in the Hotel Zone, and well lit. The condo is in a hotel. Part of the building is set up as a full functioning hotel and the rest seems to be residential apartments. It added to a clam and quiet stay. Michelle's add was accurate. She mentions that the WiFi is not that great and this is accurate. The condo had everything we needed to cook. We went to the market for supplies and saved a lot of money. Peter, Michelle's husband, provided us with a map of our area, places to shop, eat and party. They provided bath towels and beach towels. We had fresh clean water, which we got from the Hotel shop for 48 pesos. It lasted us all 9 days. The pool area is there, but we only stayed on the beach. The Hotel staff will not be helpful and we always went to Michelle and Peter for any questions we had. They are your front desk. The air conditioning in this unit was great. Our view was amazing. I could not believe our view. We picked up a rental car to drive around and parking at the hotel was a breeze. We were told the restaurant of the Hotel and the pool bar were horrible so we stayed away. But the hotel shop was great. In the shop they had chips, cookies, souvenirs and cold drinks. The bus (R-1 and R-2) was easy to find and easy to figure out. The room was clean. The balcony was large and a nice way to enjoy the view in the evening and in the morning when the sun is rising. We did not turn on the TV because we had so much to do. I would love to stay here again.

GREAT VALUE/ CLEAN CONDO RIGHT ON THE BEACH
Wow , is al I can say!! A condo/hotel with the cleanest rooms in Cancun area. Ocean view condos right on the beach, with every amenity in the kitchen. Coffee maker, toaster oven, ice cold refrigerator, clean sheets and bedding and a sparklingly clean bathroom!! Michelle and Peter are the hosts of this condo. I had never stayed in a condo/hotel before and I was so pleased with my stay./ Everything about this condo and host is 100 percent. You can NOT beat the pricing for a 400 sq foot studio with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Masages on the beach, 2 pools, palapa huts on the beach, and the BEST beach and calm water in the area!! Dont wait to book your stay. These hosts really know their business and book quickly.

Amazing beach, amazing bargain and great service!
This Was our second trip to Solymar Condos and this time we stayed a total of three nights, two at the beginning of our month long vacation and one at the tail end. I must say Michelle has been fabulous to work with both trips. My husband stayed in Mexico for a few weeks so when we returned to Solymar at the end of the trip my son and I we both feeling really down, Michelle made sure we were in a quiet room and she took the time to chat with my son to get him excited about turtle watching and not missing my husband.
The rooms are always incredibly clean and the air conditioners work well which is a BIG help when it is so humid. The last night our room was newly renovated, and it was very nice. I like having the kitchen in the room along with everything you might need should you decide to cook, it makes it handy to run back to the room for a quick snack or lunch, especially since there really isn't much within walking distance. Since the hotel is further down the strip it makes it a little easier to relax while out on the beach because there isn't a large crowd.. trying to keep an eye on your child on a busy beach, is just not very relaxing in my opinion. I am sure many mothers can relate to this especially when traveling alone with children.
We will definitely be back to visit again in the near future!!! Thanks Michelle and Peter for sharing paradise with us!!!
