We stayed for three weeks here and it was truly a "home away from home"! When we arrived, Martha met us, walked us thru the place, answered all the questions we had (and that was more than a few), got us all situated and told us to call if we had any more questions. The rooms were spacious, clean (there was weekly maid service), bright, and had a great back sitting area that was a true delight. We got to see the iguanas climbing in the trees, a pair of white-crested pigeons that were looking for a place to nest, and best of all, a pair of green-headed parrots in search of a hollow in a tree to nest. They were there several mornings checking out the trees, but I'm not sure if they ever made a choice or not. I must say that the water pressure was a little low, but it wasn't a problem in the shower since there was a good shower head for low pressure. Plenty of clean towels, beach towels, and even snorkel gear if you wanted to go. We will go back!!

Great place
I really liked this place. Cold AC, and a great location. So close to everything I wanted to see. A little less touristy than other parts of the island. The host was very accommodating. I also like that the place is eco friendly. If I could change one thing, it would be the low flow showerhead.

Great location, great space
Martha's apartment was perfect for my 2 week stay. It is close to lots of great restaurants and the parking was a definite bonus. I felt very safe in the area. I would not hesitate to book her apartment again for another stay.

Great location.
My friend and I had an amazing time at Martha’s apartment. The apartment itself is in a great spot. Downtown Cozumel, walking distance to shopping, the ferry (which we took advantage of and went to Playa del Carmen for a day) also many restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay for the week, which made it easy to cook for ourselves some nights, and then splurge on nicer places other nights. It was very clean, and we felt very safe. We also had off street parking which was nice because we rented a car (which I recommend while staying on the island as taxis can be quite expensive-plus it’s pretty easy to get around the island). While we did not get the pleasure of meeting Martha, she was very easy to get ahold of and answered all my questions promptly. She provided towels, snorkels, and even a helpful guide in the apartment which covered everything from the best places to eat to where to go for some great DYI snorkeling and directions. She even left us a couple of cold beverages in the fridge, and offered to have some grocery items already stocked for us upon our arrival if we wanted. The best part was that she provided PLENTY of drinking water, which for us is huge. All in all my friend and I had a great time and I will be definitely staying at Martha’s if it’s available he next time I’m in Cozumel. I will be recommending her place to all of my family and friends.

Quaint little apartment in a great location!
My daughter and I booked a two night stay here to extended our vacation in Riviera Maya. We found the owner easy to make contact with and very helpful. The apartment was just the right size for us, not that we spent much time there. We were out and about on the island most of the time. The apartment was clean and in good repair. The furnishings were also nice. The beds were fairly comfortable. The shower is nice and big, which we liked. There are two balconies on the south side and one covered veranda on the west side. We spent most of the time that we were actually in the apartment out on the veranda - as it faces the ocean - which is only a half a block away. The bedrooms are air conditioned, which made for great sleeping. We totally LOVED that the apartment was only two and a half blocks from the ferry dock and right near the heart of the shopping and dining area. No need for a taxi or shuttle to enjoy the city center! The apartment is safe and secure - with a gated entrance. I would have no problem returning here for a visit! Thanks, Martha!

Perfect
This was the perfect place to stay!! Only three blocks from the pier where the ferry drops you off, half a block from the sea and within a 5 to 10 minute walk to the plaza and all kinds of shops and restaurants! Martha was a gracious hostess. The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and had everything you needed in order to have an enjoyable stay in downtown Cozumel. We even took advantage of her pre-arrival shopping offer and it worked out great. We will definitely be coming back!!

One Month Stay
This was an awesome choice! The place is exactly as described in the ad. Martha is a wonderful person and very responsive. I had on small issue with the sink draining and it was dealt with that day.
The location of the apartment is awesome, a 5 minute walk to the downtown square, lots of restaurants around. Quiet at night (other than the neighbour's dog lol - standard in Cozumel - really wasn't a problem).
I was traveling by myself, and the apartment was a bit more than I needed. Would be perfect for a couple with one or two kids or two couples. You can pretty much walk anywhere in Cozumel so this apartment being near the water is nice. You can walk North to a couple beach side bars to chill out, do some snorkeling or just have bite to eat on the water.
I will definitely be making a return visit to this property!

Viaje con mi esposa y mis tres hijas.
Estuvimos durante 5 dias.
Martha nos esperaba. Muy atentata todo el tiempo. Las comodidades tal cual la describe la pagina tripadvisor. Destaco la velocidad del wifi. También lo prilijo y aseado del depto. Saludos!

Excelente ubicación, bien equipados, muy limpios, la atención brindada por marta y familia fue muy buena. Recomiendo al 100% el lugar para descansar y pasar unas lindas vacaciones.
