Es un hermoso departamento, muy cómodo y no le falta nada de lo que uno pueda necesitar de confort para la estadía y para cocinar allí si uno lo desea. Tiene una vista impagable. La pasamos super en el lugar. Se encuentra en una zona tranquila y aprox. a diez minutos del centro de la Isla y de Playa Norte, que sin duda es hermosa. Deseamos poder volver. Claudia nos recibió de maravillas, muy atenta y cordial. Un lujo la estadía en este condo. Superó ampliamente nuestras expectativas.-

puertaalmarcondo403 is a lovely home to stay in with your family. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the owner who was very welcoming and accommodating. Any issues we had or questions we had, the owner was swift with replies. We felt at home the moment we arrived. The view from the balcony is a view of Cancun and the sunsets from the balcony are breathtaking. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean. We cooked every morning; therefore all appliances work well. There is no laundry avail at the condo; however for a 60 peso you can drop your laundry off and pick it up after a day at the beach. The pool was perfect for our children and the two beach clubs which are walking distance from the condo are exceptional with their hospitality and of course the food is beyond delicious. If you are looking for a lovely condo which is reasonably priced and the owners are very accommodating then I suggest puertaalmarcondo403. Mucho Gracias Claudia!

Lovely condo with comfortable furnishings and all the amenities you could need. Pool and grounds were beautiful and the employees onsite were so friendly and helpful. Beach here is not great but otherwise this was a quiet, relaxing place.

This condo is perfect. Location was nice (south side) and the owner, Claudia, is so easy to work with. There was five of us total, which included my 2 year old daughter. The condo was a great size for us! Claudia even had a pack n play, high chair and sand toys for my daughter. The view from the condo is AMAZING... Seriously my favorite part of the place. I felt completely safe and was only a 15 minute golf cart ride to downtown Isla. Claudia helped us with our golf cart rental and even pick up a few groceries for us before we got there. If you're traveling with a family or bigger group this condo will exceed your expectations. Thank you Claudia for your warm hospitality.... WE CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK!

If you are looking for quiet and peaceful this is a fantastic place to consider. The condo is fantastic, a/c in each room, bedrooms are great, 3 balconies, kitchen while not great is more than adequate. We had breakfasts in condo, about half our lunches and only cooked a couple of dinners - would like more dishes, cutlery if we had cooked more dinners as it is only outfitted with service for 6 and there were 6 of us, so it meant doing dishes after every meal. Beautiful, receding balcony doors for a complete open feeling looking out onto the Carib Sea. The building itself has a little gym, not great equip but enough if you are needing a workout. Pool area is fantastic, great size pool and nice hot tub. Beach area only good for lounging in the chairs/lounges, not conducive to swimming in the ocean in front of the condo are nearby. We went snorkeling once, nothing to see, and the sea floor in that area is mostly sea grass with sand/mud. Laundry facilities in the building are only for owners of the condos, but we just took ours down to the closest launderia, about a 5 min golf cart ride, and it cost 12 pesos per kilo, about $6 for a weeks worth of laundry for my wife and I. The condo is located in an extremely quiet area, would strongly recommend you rent a cart for the entire time, while seeming pricey at $50/day it was well worth it. It took us 12 mins to get from the condo to the "downtown" area for all the shops/restaurants and the North Beach. Every 2nd day we would load up our cart for the day and go to a beach club on the North Beach and spend the day there and walking into town for shopping lunch etc. The other days we would hang around our pool for the day. Evenings we would cart into town, or other restaurants close by, for dinner. Never a problem, as you were anywhere on the island in less than 15 mins in your cart. We did rent a "larger" cart, as we had 4 adults 2 kids (12 and 9) and it did go faster than the smaller carts.

Our family of five stayed at unit #103 for 11 nights. The ocean view was spectacular and not impeded by buildings or anything other than nature. On each side of the condominium is vacant wilderness and this area is not very populated. It was quiet and safe. We could see our kids in the pool easily from our terrace. Our teenager enjoyed the gym. The best part about the condo was how safe it was for our kids and how they could roam freely. We seemingly had the place to ourselves most of the time except for several very nice, and super helpful, staff members who kept the place spotless and helped with our requests for take out food and golf cart deliveries. The staff spoke very good English. At times the location seemed a little inconvenient so far from the center of town and restaurants but cab rides were inexpensive and the peace and privacy were worth it. We really enjoyed the turtle farm a short stroll up the beach. We had some of the best meals of our lives in Isla and googling tripadvisor for the top restaurants was worth it. The owner was thoughtful and kind and seemed willing to help with anything we wanted to make our stay in Isla and at the condo relaxing and pleasant. I would stay here again. We felt like it was a fresh, peaceful, safe sanctuary from the bustle of town.

My two daughters, two friends and I just returned from this wonderful stay at this beachfront condo. It was exactly the relaxing vacation that we needed. The accommodations were wonderful Three bedroom, two bathrooms and plenty of space for us all. We used the beach, the pool, the exercise room and enjoyed them all. The facilities were well cared for and the staff was friendly and warm. The Island had plenty of outstanding restaurants and shopping. We rented a golf cart for the week we were there so it was easy to get around. Claudia was great!! She met us the first day and gave us a tour of the condo and showed us how everything worked, and then if we needed anything she was very responsive. I would definitely go again, as the location and the condo were so nice.. The weather was warm (80s) and sunny.

It is my pleasure to recommend the Puerta al Mar condos. The accomodations and views were spectacular. We experienced real life on the island shopping at local markets and cooking dinners at home. Isla Mujeres is a great place to experience a less commercial side of the Mayan Riviera. My wife and friends found the restaurants to be fairly priced. Traveling around the island by golf cart was so much fun. The most outstanding part of the stay was the exceptional customer service of Jose and Claudia. Jose helped us to arrange travel to another resort in Cancun and showed up at the ferry terminal to ensure we had no problems with our connection. Overall, I cannot wait to go back and stay at the Puerta al Mar condo.

We can thoroughly recommend Isla Mujures and this Condo for a relaxing family holiday. The codo is clean, well appointed, modern and has great views in all directions - including the large well-maintained pool and little beach immediately in front of the property. There is plenty of space for 6 people. The location is more "quiet" than "in the middle of everything" but this buys you tranquility and unspoiled views. There are a couple of hotels nearby for food and drinks - but taxis are so plentiful and cheap you can get really anywhere on the island in minutes so staying here means you enjoy the best of all worlds. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment. Claudia and Juan could not do enough to help us and a small oversight with hotel transfers was dealt with, quickly, professionally, thoroughly and to everyone's satisfaction. Fabulous Service!

We loved condo 403. The views were amazing and the condo itself is outstanding. Claudia (owner) was full of tips and made our stay so easy. She helped us book a golf cart, she greeted us in the condo and she was a pleasure to work with. The condo is on a very quiet part of the island. If you are wanting to explore the downtown (north side) you'll want a golf cart. If you just want to stay put with good books and home cooked meals, you'll be just fine. We had dinner(s) at the amazing Rolandi's up the road. Fun walk or quick golf cart ride. Great!! I love Isa.
