L’endroit est tout simplement parfait! Tranquille, propre, piscine fabuleuse, le son des oiseaux...les enfants sont heureux, les gens sont gentils! Le quartier est sécuritaire et c’est près de la plage. Nous sommes enchantés!!!

First and foremost, thank you Angela!!! The owners of this property have hit a home run by entrusting there place to this young lady, you ask, she delivers, also a big shout out to the maintenance crew that works around the property you couldn't ask for a better crew and the attention to detail in witch they take care of the property. Any and every good thing you read in any of the other reviews believe it, everything we wanted or need was there or was taken care of when asked for. Bottom-line you rent, it you will love it! Will be back!

We stayed at the accommodation for 2 weeks during August. It was absolutely lovely, very clean and comfortable with a fabulous swimming pool on the doorstep. We were a family of 5, with kids aged between 5 and 18 and it was perfect for us all. Set in a lovely secure residential area and well situated for the main road that runs from Cancun to Tulum. The contact with the owner was smooth and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. Mexico was great and we couldn't have asked fir better accomodation

Just returned from a wonderful holiday at Casa Selva Caribe. This lovely villa is very well appointed and furnished. The pool is literally a couple of steps outside the front door and the gardens very well maintained. The beach can be reached in a few minutes and good restaurants are within easy walking distance. A lovely location for a lovely holiday.

The Villa is exactly as described. Open the front door and you are right at the pool. It is walking distance from the beach and a few more from the shops and restaurants in playa Del Carmen. The hosts are very responsive and so is the manager. We had a small issue with the AC that was resolved immediately. It is a well kept place especially ideal for families. Make sure to follow the directions provided by the hosts as most cab drivers will get lost on the area.

Well, I find it difficult to put all of our stay into words. We booked about 10 months in advance, there were 6 of us. It was an excellent place to stay, close to Playa, close to the beach, the house is EXTREMELY comfortable, the pictures and video do a good job, but being there in person is much better. Communication with David and Louise was very complete and very prompt. The pool was a great place to hang out, lot's of birds singing, very peaceful. Would highly recommend staying here. Make sure you have the right address for the taxi driver. Thank you for a wonderful stay, having our 2 daughters and son-in-laws with us was a delightful experience. 5 STAR in our opinion.

We stayed at Casa Selva Caribe from Feb 20-28, 2017. It was absolutely ideal for us! I traveled with my two children (15 & 21), and a friend. The layout of the Villa was perfect. There was so much space, it was very comfortable. I have been to Playa del Carmen at least ten times now, and I prefer to stay in Playacar. It it beautiful, peaceful and safe. The Villa is a short walk to the beaches and town. The beach is so much nicer in Playacar as well. We liked it so much that we looked at one for sale in the complex. We hope to visit again soon!!!

Three of us stayed in this superbly appointed, fully air-conditioned house in the beautiful Playacar complex. Just a 5-minute walk to the white sandy beach and an equally short journey to the shops and bars meant we could not have been in a better location. The residential area of Playacar was peaceful, safe and a wonderful place to end the day over a couple of drinks before getting ready for the evening. Three spacious double bedrooms and three bathrooms meant we had individual space and privacy in addition to the use of the superb living area and well-equipped kitchen facilities. Plenty of taxis run through Playacar so flagging one to go further afield was no problem at all and airport transportation was easily arranged. Relaxation in the beautiful pool area and being able to observe interesting wildlife completed a really enjoyable holiday. The only problem we have is deciding how soon we can go back there. We have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this well maintained, maid-serviced, Casa. A real gem.

The house is located in quiet Playcar. The house has everything you need! A pool, wifi, kingsize beds, short walk to the beach (just a few mins) and to town. This is where you want to be if you want to relax in Playa Del Carmen.
