Nice location. close to restaurants and the beach. “Salento” ,the Italian restaurant at this condo building was excellent! Would also recommend “ La cueva del chango Mexican restaurant, a five minute walk away, for either breakfast or dinner. The pool and gardens are lovely and well kept. The unit we stayed in ( H23 ) had a few quirks, i.e. the security safe was broken as was the fridge door and there were no sharp knives for prep work in the kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay here very much.

The Condo, Les Alizes, we rented was perfect for us. We rented this Room, H23, from condo owner Robert who made our stay feel like home. Robert went above and beyond to keep us informed of restaurant information, directions, etc. He even texted us to check in on us. We had his phone number, email, and messaging information. He responds very quickly to questions. The Condo was quite comfortable with a balcony and terrace view. The balcony had stairs that took you to the pool. The Condo can only be accessed by your scanned fingerprint only set up by security. There was always someone at the Security Station 24 hours a day which we frequently asked questions and they were happy to respond. We never felt unsafe. There was also a police station right across the street. The property is amazingly clean and you will see many people cleaning the grounds and the chairs. The 7-11 at the Condo was open 24 hours a day which was used by us for snacks. The atmosphere of the condo made us feel very welcome, unlike the large All-Inclusive resorts. Many who stayed there offered us information and made us feel comfortable. We were hardly at the room as there was so much to do within walking distance. We definitely want to go back!

A quiet retreat two blocks from the north end of 5th Avenue, and two blocks from the beach. Condo pool was private and relaxing. We met many pleasant occupants who gave great area travel suggestions. The condo was comfortable, clean, and provided all necessary amenities, with an excellent Italian restaurant downstairs.

Robert's little condo is a nice quiet place to stay. There are GREAT places to eat and the beach is just a few blocks away. The pool is spacious. Just a few things to bring: shampoo, soap, and your own wash cloth. Towels are provided and they are BIG, but a like a wash cloth to use. Thanks, David for meeting us.

The location was great. Really close to the beach and 5th Ave which was awesome. Everything you need was within walking distance. Would definitely come back and stay longer next time.

We stayed here for 2 nights, and it was great! Very clean, soft bed, and great pool. Everything is so close, the beach, 5th Ave, and this cute little bakery were we had breakfast every morning was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Estuvimos una semana en el departamento. Nos recibió David, muy amable y atento. La estadía fue muy confortable. Tuvimos todo lo que necesitamos para sentirnos a gusto. Robert y Azul siempre en contacto brindándonos información. La zona es perfecta porque está cerca de todo y a la vez es tranquila. Los espacios comunes son maravillosos, la pileta ideal para después de la playa. Lo recomiendo 100% para unas vacaciones placenteras.

Had a great time in Playa at this condo. Loved the pool and vegetation in the pool area. We felt it needed a dresser in the bedroom , especially when staying longer than a week. The beach was in easy walking distance and the chairs and umbrellas were often used. A water dispenser of some kind would have also come in handy. The staff at the condo were great! Thank you.

we spent two weeks in january 2016, at this nice and cozy condo What appreciated more is the calm in the area, and feeling secure The condo is well decorated and is perfect for two peoples, everything is close, the beach, the exhuberant 5th avenue with numerous restos, bars and shops. so you dont need a car to enjoy the place. The peoples of the other condos are very kind, they make you feel at home. David the guy who is taking of the condo, despite the fact that he doesnt speak English or french, as he only speaks spanish is a very kind guy and very helpfull, he is always smiling Wish we could go back again.

Passamos 9 dias hospedados. bem localizado, próximo à 5ª Avenida, em frente a um posto policial. Boa estrutura com cooktop, microondas, frigobar, itens de cozinha e outras facilidades (inclusive um berço portátil para a bebê). Piscina grande e sempre limpa, bem conservada. Agradecemos em especial ao funcionário Davi, muito gentil e solícito, sempre disposto a ajudar.
