My family and I were a group of 10 people and had a great stay in this wooden villa!  The place is divided into 4 individual rooms/studios.  There are 2 rooms on the bottom floor each with a bathroom, a kitchenette (no stove or sink but it does have a refrigerator and microwave).  One has a king size bed and the other has 2 double beds.  Upstairs there are 2 more rooms each with its own bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.  One room has a king size bed and a loft above with a double bed and the other room has 2 double beds with a loft above with another double bed. The place is very cozy and has the "Tulum style" ambiance.  The property has 2 convenient spaces to park a car inside the villa area which can be locked for security.  We liked that it has a full size washer and dryer and 1 bathroom by the pool area.    There are several good restaurants within walking distance, next door there is a small convenience store, it is within walking distance to Holistika and about a 20 min. drive to the main hotel/beach area in Tulum. I recommend these nearby restaurants:  Burrito Amor (excellent burritos!), El Camello (great seafood!), Nao (excellent Japanese food!), La Riviera Costena (excellent Tacos al Pastor for .50 each!) and Encanto Cantina (loved the grilled octopus and live music).   The owner of the villa is very nice and easy to communicate with.  He recommended us a transportation company owned by "Claudio".  Claudio offered reasonable prices and was an excellent driver! (he accepts PayPal).   My family and I would be happy to stay in this great villa again and therefore highly recommend it especially for large groups who want to stay together, yet have some privacy as well. 

El lugar es simplemente perfecto para alojarse con tu grupo de amigos o familia, las cabañas son muy originales, todas construidas de madera y con todas las cosas necesarias, el host muy atento y siempre pendiente, lo recomiendo ampliamente

Ampliamente recomendable, atención de calidad, es súper cómodo y limpio tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días en ensueño. Si vienen con grupos grandes se puede rentar todo el complejo. Está increible sin duda regresare.

Great house and location! Really relaxing jungle-treehouse themed villa, perfect for a large group - like a bachelor party or family trip - tucked away in a suburban area. 4 Spacious rooms surround the perfect little pool with its waterfall. Easy drive/cab to the ruins, beaches, town center, and restaurant row.

We had a wonderful family gateway, my 6 year old loved the pool, and the waterfall surrounded with beautiful vegetation. We stayed in a fully equipped cabin with kitchen, where we made our meals while we enjoyed swimming. The cabins are beautifully design, every detail makes you feel relax and in harmony. The host made us feel at home and was always ready when we needed help. So far our best experience in Tulum.

Me and my group could not be happier with the place it’s amazing and much more so then the pictures! Down to every little touch Alister has this place down to a T! He is a superb host and gave us a tour of the villas and tulum in the most spectacular manner. We thoroughly enjoyed everything! nice jungle vibes !

Alicat Villas was amazing and beautiful.My family group of 14 stayed for a week and couldn't have been happier. The all wooden apartments are so different to the concrete condos I've stayed in. The kitchens had everything you could need and the wonderful high ceilings and wood structure kept the villas cool and fresh. The host Ali was very friendly and informative and catered to our every need. The pool was a great place to hangout and play until late at night. The bicycles were great to get into town which was very close. Overall a great experience and great value for money. I recommend Alicat Villas to any groups that are visiting Tulum.

It was the perfect place to stay, Mr. Alistair was always available for any request and made our stay very enjoyable.

A great place to relax and party all at the same time. Alistair, the host was amazing and supportive, the house was in perfect conditions. Great for a traveling group of 16!!
