My family loved it. Great pool right outside the patio area. A/C in everyroom. Netflix on the TV and great wifi. We rented a car from America Car Rental, they picked us up and drove to the rental site, so we drove to all our excursions. We previously had a room on the beach side but decided on this condo with no regrets. Spacious enough for our family of 5. Only complaint probably would be the new coffee pot would be needed. Other than that this place was great!

Great experience
This was such a peaceful stay. As mentioned in other reviews, it is a bit far inside the complex so we cabbed to most places, as there are not designated bike lanes. The condo was exactly as pictured and the pool was well maintained. Wifi was excellent. No complaints. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Encantador apartamento en un condo hermoso
El departamento está impecable en todo sentido. Limpio, amueblado y decorado con un excelente buen gusto. Totalmente equipado como para sentirse en casa. La terraza casi al lado de la pisicina en un condo tranquilo, junto con las comodidades y el equipamiento del departamento, hizo de nuestra estadía una experiencia muy relajante y vivificante.
Las bicicletas son una muy buena manera de conocer haciendo un poco de ejercicio.
Esperamos poder volver a repetir esta magnífica experiencia.

Ubicación ideal para recorrer todos los atractivos de la Riviera Maya
Nos alojamos con nuestros tres hijos, mi marido y yo. El departamento tiene todas las comodidades, nos sentimos realmente como en nuestra casa! Nos encantaron varios detalles impensados: dos bicicletas, una pelota de futbol, un balde y juegos de playa para la más chica de la familia y una guía de la Riviera Maya que nos fue de gran ayuda.
El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, la piscina esta siempre impecable. Muy cerca tiene un supermercado muy completo asì como lugares para comer muy bien. Está ubicado en una zona a 30/ 40 mintuos de los lugares que queriamos concocer: playas de Akumal, Xpu Ha, Ruinas de Cobá, el parque Aktun Chen, Xcaret. Las playas de Tulum a 5 minutos asì como sus maginificas ruinas. Tambien muy accesible para tomar el camino hacia Chichen Itzá. Sin dudarlo volveremos a alojarnos alli y lo recomendaremos a nuestros amigos.

Peaceful stay
This beautiful condo was clean and well kept. Fully equipped kitchen with all the machines you need as a family - much appreciated. We loved the comfortable beds that made our stay even more peaceful each morning. A nice pool that was well kept and friendly neighbors.
Overall the condo is very well managed and the good advice we got from the property manager Rosy were all really helpful.
As for things to improve it would be valuable if there could be a small convenience shop in the neighborhood in order for the guests to buy water, bread and other basics - if only open for a couple of hours per day. We felt that the location of the condo is a bit isolated if you do not have a car and need to bike everywhere. The block of condos contiues to develop so it is partly a construction area around where we stayed but it did not bother us.
Thanks for a great week in Tulum.

Clean, modern, convenient condo
The pictures do it justice - the pool area is as beautiful as the pictures show. This was our first trip to Mexico, and the owners send a pdf with very helpful information on the area and some recommendations for restaurants. We did not necessarily want to be on the beach, since we like to cook and have a separate room for our children, so this fit the bill. Note that accessing the beach can be a bit tricky; there are only a few "public beaches" with no amenities; in general, you need to pay or eat at a beach club or hotel for access and toilets. The condo and complex is very quiet and relaxing.

An absolutely fantastic rental in Tulum!
It was our first time in Tulum and not only were we blown away by the town, the condo was incredible too. The pool immacutate every day - cleaned by a very friendly man. The bedrooms, the kitchen and the living area were spectacularly clean and wonderful. All of the facilities were fantastic. The rental is in such a fantastic place - a 15 minute drive from the beach. The condo is very modern - with great wifi, netflix, etc. It has everything you could possibly want! It is near a supermarket - super handy!
Three bathrooms is very useful and the modernity of the condo is key to its greatness. I couldn't have asked for a better first place to stay in Tulum.

Das Apartment war wie beschrieben und befand sich in einem tadellosen Zustand. Die Schlüsselüber- und Rückgabe verliefen problemlos.Die bereitgestellten Informationen zur Umgebung waren sehr detailliert und hilfreich.Das Internet funktionierte einwandfrei, die technischen Geräte waren alle in einem sehr guten Zustand. Pool direkt vor der Tür. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Tulum verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder Jonathan & Adrianas Apartment buchen. Vielen Dank

Perfect -- and perfectly comfortable -- location!
Jonathan & Adriana's condo was spacious, clean, and in the perfect location to enjoy all of the best of Tulum. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plus, that beautiful, refreshing pool was just steps from our door. They did everything they could to make our stay pleasant and convenient, and made many great recommendations for things to do and places to go for wonderful food. I highly recommend staying here if you're headed for Tulum! We would certainly stay here again.

Perfect location
Adriana & Jonathan's condo was the perfect place to stay for a first trip to Tulum (and for that matter, a 2nd, 3rd, or every time).
Rosy, the property manager met us upon arrival, showed us around and offered some great pointers on where to go in the first days of exploring. Adriana & Jonathan were incredible attentive by responding to all emails I sent when setting up the rental and then later one or two texts via "whatsapp" once we arrived . I had contacted Rosy via standard text upon arrival in Cancun. She couldn't respond directly and was immediately in touch with Adriana & Jonathan. I soon received a whatsapp text asking if all was ok. All was great and I called Rosy directly when we arrived. From that moment forward everything was perfect.
I realize that the more great responses about A & J's place the harder it will be to book it, but everyone should truly have the best time when they stay in Tulum and their place makes that possible for sure.
You have all you need when you are there. It's only a short walk to the grocery store, and a bike ride to the beach (on bicycles they have provided - also one of the bike rental shops on the beach strip even blew up the tires for free - we left him a tip).
The pool is beautiful, the condo grounds and pool are tended constantly (we saw pool and interior walkways being tended nearly daily.) We stocked up on groceries from the Chedraui grocery store our first night in town and cooked some meals in house on some nights.
Tulum is an amazing and beautiful place to be, to renew, recharge, explore, enjoy, and it was made that much better being able to come 'home' to a comfortable place to stay. A great home base. I can't recommend it more highly - it will make your stay incredible as it did mine.
