We've been here before and were happy to return. The upgrades to the house made it even more of what we loved. It was nice to see Susanna as well. She always takes good care of us.

Sondra’s home was the perfect getaway. She was available any time that we needed for questions during our stay, and provided referrals for additional services prior to our arrival. The location is nice and quiet, clean home, with excellent views and lots of space for a large group. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is beautiful, even better than pictured! We had a group of 8 for a birthday get away and fit us nicely. Easy check-in and out, which is always a bonus. The home was exceptionally clean, thanks to Suzanna - she is AMAZING! Owners are lucky to have her. Beds were comfy, bedding was soft/high end, making for a perfect home away from home. Can’t wait to come back, will definitely rent again.

wonderful birthday celebration with friends - we were so happy we chose to stay in Villa Helena! The house is perfectly positioned to enjoy the Pacific horizon with gigantic waves crashing below. The house is exactly as pictured - double washer & dryers, 2 fridgerators, fantastic lighting & stereo / TV .. good ceiling fans & AC . The doors push back to let in the sea breeze. Susanna the housekeeper also performs AC repairs! Everyone loved her! Pedregal is full of cool architecture, interesting doorways , tropical landscapes, stone streets . Everyone we met was friendly & helpful. Our group enjoyed the tennis club cafe ! We were so lucky it was open thru our stay- check to be sure it’s open for ur stay and be sure to go. Yummy food, fresh smoothies, fair prices plus the view & setting weren’t too shabby either! We walked to the marina & taxied back up but it really could have been walked if ur in relatively good shape . Villa Helena is a special property.

My husband and I celebrated our marriage with some of our closest friends, at Villa Helena in Pedregal. The listing and pictures did not do the place justice. When we arrived it was much more than we expected. Everything was clean and perfect and the view is breathtaking. We had the sweetest housekeeper! We also used Browns Private Services for our airport (to and from) transportation and private chef services. They were so great…we loved them! We are already planning our next trip to Pedregal.

All 9 of us wouldn't have changed a thing! Everything was just perfect. The house is gorgeous, the views are well beyond our expectation, the location is safe and don't get me started on the pool....WOW! The pictures don't do this place justice. We had everything we needed for any given task and not one minute went without comfort in any area of the house. Sondra, Brian and Susanna were amazing with all of their prompt help along the way. It was most of our first time in Cabo and we are already planning our trip back and to this same house! We love ALL OF IT!

The pictures of this property are great but they still don’t do this place justice. Every morning waking up was magical! The views are absolutely beautiful and the house was extremely clean. the housekeeper did a good job taking care of the cleaning everyday. She even gave us a small gift that I thought was really sweet. We had a group of women and the property felt safe the entire time. I would recommend staying here if you’re on the fence! AMAZINGAMAZINGAMAZING!!
