Villa La Estancia is a well maintained resort staffed by very friendly and accommodating folks who made every effort to make our stay highly enjoyable. The resort is visually impressive and each unit is set up to provide a great ocean view. The pool, hot tubs, easy beach access and fitness center were excellent. The unit we rented was spacious, immaculate and well furnished. Evan (the owner) is a gracious host who is only too happy to make suggestions and answer questions in a very prompt manner. His restaurant recommendations were spot on, particularly Toro Latin Kitchen (great food and ambiance with first class service). If you are looking for a laid back and relaxing getaway, look no further than Villa La Estancia and unit #3708 specifically. This is an awesome combination that will not disappoint. We are looking forward to returning next winter.

Booked a quick getaway with my wife. This is the 2nd time I've stayed in this particular unit. Each time it was perfect! Nicely decorated and comfortable furnishings. Villa la Estancia is an amazing resort! We won't stay anywhere else in Cabo. Book it. You won't be disappointed.

This was our 11th trip to Cabo and VLE is the only place we have ever stayed! Absolutely love the beach front access to lay out on the beach. There was always a lounge chair, table and umbrella available when we went to the beach every morning! I did a lot of shopping from the vendors on the beach. More willing to negotiate prices...also the BLUE TARP market in the Marina and the shops at the very end of the marina where the water taxis let you out and pick you up negotiate prices also.. if you go to other places across the street from the Marina area they don’t negotiate at all. Tabasco’s on the beach is a 5 minute walk from VLE. Great food.... We also liked Alexander’s and ate there often.... We parasailed with Aires Water Sports and have seen the same crew all 11 years! When we arrived we were greeted with Pico de Gallo, Guacamole, chips and margaritas out on the balcony over looking the water. This was something new that surprised us as we were starving at 3:00 pm... This Villa was the BEST EQUIPPED VILLA we have EVER STAYED IN in all of our visits to Cabo! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed to grill! The furniture in the living area was very comfortable as was the dining table and chairs! The balcony also had new and updated patio furniture. The master bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was very well equipped. With every trip we make to Cabo and stay at VLE my husband and I discuss looking for somewhere else to stay on our next trip and we look at each other and say NO WAY this is our home away from home. Highly recommend Evan and Patricia’s Villa and will be booking our stay in their VILLA for 2019....!!!

I had high expectations for the condo and facilities and I am pleased to share that both exceeded my expectations. The staff was great and My interactions with Evan have been great. Would recommend them to all.

We have stayed here several times, always great. The villa is top notch with beautiful views. Pool and beach very relaxing. Great if you are looking for a more quite time.

Wonderful Stay in a very clean unit. We booked on a VERY short notice and the owner was very accommodating. Would recommend this unit and area to anyone traveling to cabo

We had a fantastic time at Evan's condo and would highly recommend it to anyone. Evan was very responsive throughout the process. We had two families with kids age 6-14 and we had plenty of room. Amazing views. The pools and hot tubs were great. The staff at Villa La Estancia was phenomenal. Easy walk into town. We really hope to visit again in the future!

Stayed with wife and adult son for just short of a week in 7th floor, two bedroom villa. We were pleased with the accommodations well beyond our expectations. From our first contact, via email with Evan Julbar, the villa owner, we felt comfortable, listened to and valued. Mr. Julbar was responsive and sensitive to our concerns from the beginning The villa was extremely large, beautifully appointed and surgical room clean. Housekeeping was excellent, especially on our final night, with wonderful towel art on the bed, along with hearts. The grounds were terrifically landscaped, tasteful and immaculate. VLE staff were very friendly and warm and always helpful--Shout out to Karen and the young woman who first checked us in (sorry, can't remember name)--THANK YOU! The pool was beautifully designed and ALL staff very friendly and attentive. Hope to return in the future.

This was our second stay at Villa La Estancia. This particular unit had a great view. The unit was extremely clean, had an extremely comfortable bed (hard to get up in the morning!), and was well appointed with everything you would need in the kitchen. The villa owner was so easy to work with, and I would not hesitate to rent this unit again!

This was by far our best vacation yet! My husband, 11 month old baby girl and I all stayed at this beautiful unit and wished we had brought some friends to share all of the gorgeous space with! Everything from the enormous master bathroom to the view was just superb. Villa La Estancia is a gorgeous resort as well and this was the 1st time we stayed there. We won't stay anywhere else now and we want the same unit every time! Food is great the location is perfect - not so close that you can't get a good night's sleep, but close enough to get to the action if you choose to have a night out which we had many! Also the pool was the perfect temperature and not so crowded that you can't get a chair. We seriously considered retiring there! Thanks Evan & Rena for truly making our trip a memorable one!
