Interacción con los huéspedes: With current COVID-19 protocol at the house, we have an extensive cleaning rota in place which means that until further notice, the entry time to the house on arrival day is from 5pm and guests must leave by 9am on departure day. This is for the safety of our guests and teams that look after the house and we ask that the times are respected accordingly.

This farmhouse was exactly what we required for a most enjoyable "Special Birthday" occasion with 20 friends and family for a long weekend at the end of August. With an age range from 18 months to 80+ years it turned out that there was something here for everyone. The accommodation and facilities are excellent and everything is supplied except for your essential food, drink and towels! The selection of equipment (fridges, dishwashers, games, DVDs, etc.) could not be faulted. The wonderful swimming pool (lovely temperature) kept the children fully occupied while the superb tennis court suited the more energetic adults.
There was plenty of seating and tables for some lovely BBQs outside near the swimming pool in the walled garden. The large courtyard accommodated all of the vehicles with ease.
Dealing with the rental people was very professional and responsive. Our extensive list of questions was already answered in their excellent, detailed explanation documentation. Many thanks.

Amazing house
17 of us just stayed at this amazing house for a hen weekend. It was so spacious, and so well equipped. The kitchen has an aga and an electric oven, with a large fridge freezer and 2 dishwashers. The cupboards are full of enough of every type of glasses, mugs, plates etc for everyone in the party. There is another large fridge freezer and fridge at the back of the hall to chill the all important prosecco! The dining room had a huge table which we all sat round for dinner on the Saturday, and a lounge with enough chairs for everyone to chil out and relax.
The pool area was also amazing- helped by the beautiful weather, with a roof that could be moved back to make the most of the sun. Another large table next to the
pool for relaxing, as well as the table tennis table with bats and balls provided.
The rooms were all really well decorated and most had ensuite bathrooms- some of them were huge. We encountered a small problem at the weekend which was no fault of the owner- but when my daughter contacted her, she could not have been more helpful, and friendly.
Overall we could not have wished for anything more, the ‘hen’ had such a fantastic weekend, surrounded by friends and family in a truly outstanding venue.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone- I’m trying to think of another excuse to go back!!,

Fantastic
Amazing spacious house.
Hen party for 2 nights.
Spacious bedrooms, Large dining table with space for 20, the sitting room was ideal for us all to sit and relax too!
Well equipped kitchen, plenty of fridge storage. Plenty of crockery, glasses etc. Aga cooking, but also an electric oven and hob.
Outside a covered swimming pool, table tennis and BBQ area. Tennis court also hidden away.
Beautiful surroundings.
Can walk to Walsingham, recommend The Bull - very friendly pub.
Take plenty of towels and tea towels as these are not provided.
Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful house inside and out.
Had a great Hen week-end. Perfect weather for outside lunch on the very large table. Loved the beach hut to be able to change into swimwear to go in the lovely pool.
All the bedrooms were lovely. Kitchen well stocked with everything you would need.
Plenty of parking. Would love to visit again. Thank you.

17 of us stayed here for half term week. Communication on booking was brilliant as we had a LOT of questions! The house was spotlessly clean and so spacious. A particular bonus was the amount of en suites.
Things for improvement would be a toilet/shower near the pool and including towels as we needed a lot. This in no way hampered our stay though (not even storm Doris coukd keep us away)! We would love to return but unfortunatey we all had such a great time, our extended family want come so we no longer fit!!! Fortunately, the owner has an even bigger property that we shall rent instead 💖

Fabulous Weekend in Norfolk!
We came to Edgar House to celebrate my sister in law's 50th birthday and what a fabulous weekend we had. We have all agreed we will be back! The house was so well equipped you literally could not want for anything. We had great fun round the long table over extended meals , took it in turns cooking and did some sight-seeing during the day. Brancaster beach near King's Lynn was wonderful for a Sunday morning stroll, Monty the golden retriever was in his element. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool particularly on the first day when the weather was unfortunately quite grim.

Don't miss out staying at this lovely house
The arrangements for booking and arrival were clear and full of information. The rooms were spacious, especially the lounge. The house was clean and tidy and extremely well equipped. The garden and car parking area were large.
We would not hesitate to return to Edgar Farmhouse for another family gathering.
