We have just returned from a short break to Venice, apartment was recommended by my brother in law and did not disappoint, lovely and clean, in great location, great communication with owner along with helpful tips. Would definitely return

GOOD LOCATION, BUT UNPLEASANT WELCOME
The apartment is in a good location, close to the bus and train station, it is spacious and clean, well equipped. As it is on the ground floor, it is dark and you can hear the noise from upstairs - loud footsteps, moving chairs, especially late at night and early in the morning. The communication with Sabina went quite well until we found out that our plane is to be delayed for 2.5 hours, which seemed to make her angry. Finally, around 22:30, I with my elderly mother ended up alone in a dark deserted street with no familiar name on the doorbells (as it turned out, there is a different surname than Sabina's) and no one in sight to wait for us. We felt like a nuisance rather then guests. After some time, finally an assistant came and we were required to pay 65 Euro (cleaning, tax +25 Euro check-in fee for the late arrival) without any receipt. I travel quite a lot but this was my worst experience ever with the owner (to be fair I must say that at least the assistant was nice).

Great location, ideal apartment.
The location was perfect, not too far from the travel terminals so not far to take your bags. The owner (Sabina) was extremely helpful with information booklet, maps and directions and even let us check in early to fit in with our flights. The apartment was clean and well equipped, in a quiet street but no far from bars, shops and restaurants. Would love to stay here again on our next visit to Venice.

Beautiful place to visit - Great apartment
We very much enjoyed our stay in Venice and this apartment supplied us with everything we needed, plus it was nice and clean. You could however, often hear the neighbours, but I suspect this would have been the same wherever we stayed in the city due to the close proximity of all the buildings in Venice!
It's in a great location, not to close to the busy, crowded tourist areas, but only a short walk away. There's a small supermarket and bakery nearby, which was great for picking up supplies. The square Campo Santa Marghertia is not far and has plenty of nice restaurants to eat at. It's only about 20 minutes to walk to St Marks Square and the majority of the tourist attractions.
Sabina provided us with a great guide on how to find the apartment, transport from the main airports/stations and other useful information, such as good restaurants to eat, which was invaluable.

Anniversary celebration
Great location near Plaza Roma within walking distance of many restaurants and cafes. Sabina was most helpful in supplying info on all you would need in the area. I highly recommend this place, it is clean and in a great location.

Ideal location that delivered what we wanted.
This was a clean generous 2 bedroom apartment that was ideally situated for our purposes. Central to train & boat terminals. We had great access to all suburbs of Venice which was our aim. Sabrina was most helpful upon our arrival - thank you. Is a negative there were a few mosquitoes so be prepared but it is Venice after all.

very nice
We stayed in Casa Rita for 4 days in November. The house is in a good location, very close to the train station, Margherita, and other attractions in the city. It is on the ground floor, which made me feel a little uneasy at first (considering the high tides) but we experienced no problems and it was way easier to get in and out with all the bags and backpacks. The only problem is the slow wi-fi connection, which mostly results from the poor signal in Venice. The house is very clean and cozy. Also the owner Sabina is very helpful and friendly.

Super location close to transportation drop-off points .
Great hostess who met us near the bus/train station to escort us to the apartment.
Nicely decorated with all the necessary amenities.

location location location in Santa Croce
Sabina the manager was more than helpful. We have stayed in a lot of apartments around Europe and this was well organised and professional. I travelled with my wife and two small boys under 5. They had a room to themselves with their own beds and the apartment has a well equipped kitchen and a supermarket nearby to keep them fed.
The neighbourhood is traditionally Venetian and very handy to Piazzale Roma which is the main transport hub that you can catch water buses to anywhere in Venice.
Highly recommended, amazing base to explore Venice.
