Great holiday
First of all, I'd love to thank Adam for letting us stay in your lovely villa. The villa is perfect for both adults and children with all the amenities you need. There is free wifi also which is a blessing. You have the beach as your front garden & a great swimming pool just a short distance away. There are walks to le cala and el zoco which are a must to visit. A choice of beaches close by r great for a day on the beach. There is a bus stop a short walk away to max beach to get about. Fuengarola is a very short drive too if you have a car. I'm sure myself and Andrew will be back in the future . Once again thank you Adam. Dianne & Andrew Morton

Second visit
We want to thank Adam for hosting us again (for second time ) in his lovely apartment .We had a fantastic time there and we will defo visit again .The apartment has new furniture in bedroom and looked really good .All what you need ...was there and A/C was so need it .Felt like home ...the pool was so clean and not busy at all ...and the sea ...just spectacular to watch from our balcony !Thank you Adam ..you are a friendly and helpful host !Adriana and family 😊

Lovely, relaxing week in Spain
It was a perfect choice for our 1 week holiday trip (2 adult couples). The apartment is very comfortable, clean and bright with huge windows and a nice sea view. The best part was the swimming pool! Not many people at all, water just perfect (also super clean!), garden very well taken care of (you can see gardeners and cleaners working inside and outside the building quietly all the time). There are many restaurants in Riviera and Calahonda (all walking distance). Definitely try local Bogart's bar for tapas, Korma restaurant for Indian, Estancia for steaks and Davids Bar for cocktails (open until 3 or 4am). We love trying different foods and this location didn't disappoint us! Taxi to Puerto Banus for a party was only about 40euro in the peak time so not too bad ;) I think taxi to Marbella during a day was just under 30euro. I would recommend this apartment to anyone! Thanks Adam for hosting us :)

We loved this apartment!!
Our family spent beautiful 10 days in Adam's apartment!! It is a clear one, with everything you need - and much more!! You have a perfect view from the balcon to the sea and Adam was a perfect host with his help Justyne, who also was very lovely. We didn't have any problems with anything. Thank you so much Adam for this good time! Of course we'll come back next year! Best regards Tatjana and her family

Un desastre, tiene un parking pero no plaza asignada, con lo cual si pillas sitio bien, si no t toca irte fuera y tampoco hay sitio porque no hay calles con lo cual te toca dejar el coche al otro lado de la carretera,A mi me tocó. Lo del ascensor es de risa, tienes que subir escaleras para llegar a él y cuando llegas a el ya estás en el piso con lo cual es inútil. Entras en el apartamento y es muy pequeño, las fotos son del todo engañosas, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, las sábanas tenían manchas espero que de tomate y para rematar la señora que nos abre la puerta nos indica que la persiana de la habitación de matrimonio está rota y está subida hasta arriba y no baja, le pedimos que al menos nos solucione eso y después de horas hablando con la mujer que nos abre la puerta y ella con el dueño del partamento que está en Polonia, además de nosotros varias veces con niumba ( empresa que nos gestiono la reserva) se negó a repararlo porque en el anuncio no pone que el apartamento tenga cortinas. Así que nos tocó a nosotros bajar la persiana para por lo menos tener algo de intimidad y ponernos a lavar platos, cambiar sábanas e intentar poner el apartamento al día para poder pasar mis vacaciones. Y ya para rematar la nevera no enfría, después de unas llamadas a niumba y mandarles fotos para probar que lo que decimos es verdad conseguimos que al menos mande a un tecnico a las 9 de la noche a mirar la nevera,el veredicto es que la nevera tiene muchísimos años y que es lo que hay, este señor también era el encargado de arreglar la persiana pero el dueño le indica específicamente que no la arregle.Después de tener que pasar una de las peores noches de mi vida entre el calor por no poder utilizar la persiana y los nervios de la situación, y de otras pocas llamadas a niumba conseguimos nos devolviera la mitad de lo pagado y nos fuimos del apartamento. Si queréis una experiencia horrible ahí lo teneis

Pedro and his wife are not a serious people!!! First of all, they booked my property without asking any questions. When they arrived, they starting complaining about everything. There is enough parking space in the development. That’s right, it could be pretty busy but it was high season (August) but there is always a possibility to park a car. My apartment is located on half-floor and my descriptions says about it. There are just 5 steps to get there. My apartment’s photos are 100% real, with no changes, Photoshop etc. It’s also described how many square meters it has. My apartment is always clean, tidy and well-equipped. I rent it for many years and this is the first time that any Guest complained about the cleanliness. The window cover does not work for more than two years but I do not advertise it. In fact, this side of a building is not sunny and instead of the window covers I installed curtains to give the possibility to darken the bedroom. Because of this window covers and the parking, Pedro didn’t want to stay at my apartment and he demanded to be paid back 100% from my friend who was just responsible to hand the keys, not taking into account that this is not her who hold the money for the booking. My friend was not able to leave the apartment and it all lasted more than 3 hours!!! Pedro didn’t care about the fact that my friend had other duties on this day. It’s also not true that I didn’t want to repair the window cover. After being told by Pedro, I decided to repair it the next day just to feel him comfortable in my apartment. Unfortunately, instead of waiting just a day, Pedro threw the window cover down and after that it was not possible to hide it back. In late evening, I got a call from TripAdvisor that the fridge is broken. I organized a service in just one hour and it turned out that it wasn’t broken. It was just a matter of turning the switch to make it function correctly. This is just pathetic… After so many stressful situations, I offered a refund and Pedro left the apartment. He left it in horrible conditions – the light was on; the fridge was open! Total mess in the bedroom. He also left his kids’ clothes in the apartment and my friend had to drive for 40km in late evening (it was after 10p.m.) to let them take it back. He even didn’t feel responsible to give some euros for a petrol for my friend… I paid her for that. After all these shocking situations, I arrived in Spain in 3 days to check the apartment. I was worried about it. I noticed that the TV remote control is missing. Pedro lost it after being in my apartment just one night… Pedro exposed me to a lot of losses. He also offended me on the e-mail messages. I hope that such Guests will never visit my property again.

Beautiful apartment
We spent 10 beautiful days at Adam apartment.The place is clean modern and close to all what we need it.Loads of restaurants and shops are closed by .The pool ,gardens ,and beach are all amazing .Thanx Adam for everything .We will be back .Adriana and family.😊

Beware - not nearly as good as the blurb promised.
At over 1,000 euro for two weeks this place was grossly overpriced. There was one double bed and the only other bedroom had two bunks. We were a party of three adults so we guess the place was designed for a young couple with two children. Even with just three people the accommodation was overcrowded and uncomfortable. The kitchen, living room and dining room were all combined in a space normally allocated to a living room. The shower/toilet was the smallest we had ever experienced. The balcony was overcrowded with just two people. The advertisement stated its location as Mijas and we first drove up to that village only to be told that we should look for Mijas Costa - quite a distance away.

Hello Algun, Thank you for your opinion although I must say I am pretty shocked with its content. First of all, I'd like to mention that the price was higher due to the Christmas and NY Eve period. All the apartments are usually much more expensive during this time. The apartment is designed for 5 people, I've already rented it for such a number of Guests many times and my apartment is already advertised for a couple of years. I have never been told that the apartment is too small – I do realise that some people would prefer even a larger space and this is why I put the square meters information in the apartment description. There are 8 pictures of the living room/kitchen online which clearly show that these spaces are not separated by a wall. Multiple Spanish holiday apartments are designed with “open-space” kitchen and I’m not entirely sure what was the issue you encountered in this case. Similarly, there are 5 pictures of the bedrooms which show exactly what type of beds are supplied (the two set ups of Bedroom 2 are included). This is also described in detail in the advertisement. The bathroom was recently renovated and the sizing of it is also clearly pictured. The balcony is not big, I admit. However, I do write about it in the description that it can comfortably fit 2 people. I would strongly advise reading the blurb a bit more carefully. It states that “The apartment is located in (…) Riviera del Sol (east of Marbella city)”. Mijas is a municipality in which consists of villages like Mijas Pueblo, La Cala de Mijas, Mijas Costa, Calahonda and the village where my apartment is - Riviera del Sol. Unfortunately, it’s impossible to stay in Mijas Pueblo (the main village) and be on the first beach-line since this village is located over 9km from the coast. You can also easily find a pin in a 'map' section in the offer and see where exactly the apartment is. I always do my best for my Guests and go above and beyond to make sure that they feel welcome and comfortable during their stay. If anyone has any questions before the booking – I’m more than happy to write a detailed, honest answer. I did help you many times via the phone messages, gave you really precise descriptions about getting to the apartment. You didn’t mention at any point that you feel uncomfortable in the apartment which is a shame because I would definitely try to help. I can see that you review on TripAdvisor quite often but over 40% of your reviews go for 3* or below. It might be the case of you being a bit unlucky with the trips you make, or maybe, with having slightly too high expectations about the places you tend to visit. However, it’s not me who should, or can, make this call. I will take aboard your feedback and will try to improve my offer and the apartment description. I wish you all the best in your future holiday endeavours.
