Great locations and value for money
In the most central of locations imaginable. Although we stayed during the weekend, wasn't to noisy from the street down below neither from the constructions taking place in the building during the week. Nick was amazing and very comnicative - waited for us for a long time when we got stuck in the airport. Would highly recommend! Great value for money

Living in a building site
Unfortunately they didn't think to tell me that the whole building was being refurbished and I would be living in a building site! There was dust and building debris everywhere. The lift broke down twice during my stay and was not working for a number of days. A number of issues with the flat, I suggest the owner live there for a few days so that they can see what needs doing. Great location, but due to the shortcomings of the studio/building I will not be going back.

1. This note is clearly visible in the listing: PLEASE NOTE: The historic Edwardian building in which the flat is located is currently being restored, and scaffoldings are raised around it, which might cause inconvenience and obstruction to the views from the windows. Therefore we are offering during the restoration period discounted rates. The rate was amended accordingly. 2. The flat is cleaned professionally before each check in. 3. The dust and debris the guest mentioned were in parts of the buildings’ staircase due to the works, but definitely not in the flat. 4. The lift indeed went out of order due to overload during the guest’s long stay, but this has now been fixed by the construction company working on the restoration. Since the guest complained about it and said he had a health issue with his knees, we offered him to check out and receive a full refund for the days he didn’t stay, but he decided to stay. 5. I stay in the flat whenever I am in London and dates are available. In fact I was there last week and enjoyed my stay as almost all our guests do:). Please see other reviews. Repairs when needed and improvements are made on a regular basis.

Ideal location
Had a really nice stay here. It is, very central and everything you need is close by, shops, supermarkets, theatres, restaurants, the tube and more... all in walking distance. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle stove top, (no oven) and a washing machine? The cushions on the sofa were a bit uncomfortable, even so, I would still recommend this apartment if you want to spend some time in the capital, it is so easy to get from one place to the next. A nice little apartment that we will be returning to in the future.

Gran ubicacion
En general todo fantástico. El contacto con el gerente sin ningún problema hasta nos adelanto el check in. A destacar la ubicación andando a un montón de sitios interesantes además de tener el metro en la esquina. Por poner alguna pega el tamaño muy justo. Volvería sin dudarlo

Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Posizione strategica. A due passi dalla metro, da negozi e ristoranti. Bellissima vacanza, sicuramente ci tornerò. Nick molto preciso e attento alle mie richieste. Consigliato.

Location, location, location
Ideal location, close the the tube and easy to walk everywhere. Certainly not luxurious but quite cosy and perfectly adequate for a week’s stay in London; quaint building. No real problem with noise from the street. The pull-out bed was just fine and nice to be able to do a load if laundry.

Convenience
This is the fifth time I have stayed here since 2011. I think the location is perfect, grocery stores (Tesco & Sainsburys) are 5 minutes away. Superdrug across the street, Boots 5 minutes away. Banks 3 minutes away. Underground entrance (Tottenham Court) 2 minutes away. Theater district and Covent Gardens very close. Sometimes there is street noise, but never loud enough to keep you up. Apartment had everything I needed. Net time I am in London, I will be staying here.

Perfect location
Small, clean apartment that has everything one needs. Although it sleeps two, I would not recommend staying there with two people, since it is really small. It is on the third floor, the lift did not work while I was staying there, but the landlord kindly informed me about that beforehand. Very nice contact, both the landlord and the manager of the flat replied to messages very fast. Checking in and out of the flat was easy and well organised. The location was perfect for me as I was doing a couple of West End Shows during my holiday - could walk to all of them. I would definitely stay there again!

Great studio apartment in the best location in london
An intimate studio apartment in the best location in the city, yet very quiet. Walking distance to all the best places. Minute walk from the subway. The bed is very comfortable. This was the first time it was really comfortable to sleep on vacation. And it's fun to wake up in the morning and open your eyes in front of the large windows overlooking amazing treetops. Starbucks just below the house to take coffee in the morning.
