We had a nice and lovely stay of three days at La Pecorella, where Josephine and her husband offered us a confortable and cleaned room to stay in a very nice house, with private bathroom and shower, and nice breakfasts, which we thank so much! Although the house is a little bit far from London, it is close to the station Norbury, from where you can take a train to London, and go to London Victoria or London bridge in 30 minutes or less.

We felt very comfortable and cosy at Josephines and Dominics home. We enjoyed the talks with the two of them a lot. Everything was clean and friendly. The room is fully carpeted, has two single beds, and cupboards, half the stairs down is a shower and a small sink, the toilet is in the basement. The traintrails are next to the garden, but I promise: you will sleep like a rock after your London walks during the day:) Last trains from Picadilly etc back to this nice house: around one at night. Lots of shops on the Norbury main road. Very nice couple with a good sense of humour.

Very loving family. They made us feel like at home. Nice conversations at breakfasts with Josephine and Dominic.Very clean. Near the rail station. 20 minutes to Victoria station in central London. Highly recommended. We hope to visit again.

We had an amazing stay at la Pecorella! The house is beautiful and cosy, the garden outside is beautifully maintained by Dominic, and the interior is wonderfully homey. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, a great place to relax after getting back from a day of exploring London. Although our stay at La Pecorella was short, Josephine and Dominic really made us feel like family while we were there! Josephine prepared breakfast for us each morning and showed genuine care and interest in our travels and our lives. The house itself is about 20-30 minutes away from the centre of London (depending on traffic) and is located in a comfortable neighbourhood that is easily accessed via public transportation. There are many options for things to do nearby including lots of little restaurants, a spacious park, and - most importantly for backpacking travellers - a nice laundromat! La Pecorella is an absolutely wonderful place to stay while visiting London, especially if a person wants to get just a little peace and quiet away from the bustle of the city centre. I certainly hope to visit again in the future!

Les propriétaires sont très aimables et attentionnés. Le logement est proche de la gare, un train vous emmène en 24 min environ en plein centre de Londres. Je vous conseille ce logement si vous recherchez le calme et l'ambiance familiale.

La experiencia fue sin duda, en rasgos generales, muy buena. Pasamos cinco días en La Pecorella, nos trataron muy bien, conversaciones agradables y desayunos con cariño. El lugar confortable y cálido y los anfitriones atentos y amables. La casa se encuentra un poco alejada del centro, pero muy bien comunicada con tren y autobús. Gracias por todo Josephine. We had a nice stay in the home of our hosts. It is a way to have a personal accommodation without the anonymity of a hotel. The room was nice and clean - for us it was perfect to have a single bed each of us. We had a personal shower and bathroom. Very nice to be served breakfast in the morning :-) The place is well connected to go into London - the train station is only a few minutes walking distance and a bus stop in front of the door. The only disadvantage for somebody who is very sensitive to noise could be the fact that the room is looking out to the back where the quite frequented railway is running. For us it was no problem though.
