It comprises of 1 double bedroom with a double bed, a large lounge that opens onto a patio, bathroom and toilet with bath and shower, kitchen/diner with laundry and ironing facilities. Full gas central heating with instant hot water. The apartment is fully equipped for self catering with pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware provided. Interacción con los huéspedes: The Tops was established in 1980 and is recommended because unlike hotels and guest houses our apartments have the advantage of being self contained and private and are virtually a home away from home. Ideal for visitors who are in Leeds on holiday, visiting friends, or on business. On arrival day the guest should contact us and we will arrange to meet them at the address with the keys. It would also be helpful if they contacted us earlier and advise us what time this is likely to be. Covid- 19. TOPS1 is a warm, spacious, comfortable and all-inclusive ground floor flat in an amazingly convenient location for accessing all parts of Leeds and its beautiful surrounding countryside. It’s position on a busy through route means it is a self catering blessing, easy to eat out or cook in, supermarket, shops, cafes pubs and restaurants all within walking distance or short bus rides away. It has a homely vibe nicely looked after, clean and tidy, a modern bathroom with real shower and a neat eat-in kitchen. It’s style is vintage so don’t book this place if you want minimalist “loft” looks! However if you want old fashioned excellent value for money book now!

If you would like to move from home to home - it is just right place. It is very cozy, clean, fixed with all nececcary stuff to feel as at own home. Area has all amenities you need. C300Owner Mr. Merton is very pleasant, carefull and lovely person who will help you with all you ask him.

The place is clean and tidy. Furniture and decor could do with updating. Meters for power and gas a complete pain would rather have paid a little more. Handy for getting around the parts of Yorkshire I wanted to visit. would recommend but with warnings about quality.

Everything was clean when we arrived and the owner made us feel welcome. The bathroom was new and modern. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and was modern too. We had internet access and tv (owner cant help for the program ;) ) The heating was working very quickly. The city is easy to reach via bus. Supermarkets are in walking distance and a couple of nice pubs are just over the road. Will stay there again. Thanks Mr. Miles for being such a nice host.
