Cathelyd Cottages are really comfortable, well equipped and tastefully furnished in a perfect location for visiting the beautiful Swansea and Neath valleys, the beaches of the Gower and the City of Swansea. Ann is a perfect host and Clydach is surprisingly good for foodies (as, increasingly, is Swansea). Highly recommend.

Wonderful Cottage
Had a lovely week in the cottage, it was very clean and had all that could be needed for a holiday in this delightful setting. Ann was very welcoming and the Bara brith was delicious. Comfortable beds in both rooms with nice bedding and the double room has a lovely balcony for sitting out and enjoying the abundant wildlife. Very convenient for dog walking with a lovely walk accessible right next to the cottage. Will certainly be looking to book again, Thank you Ann for the use of your excellent cottage.

Wonderful Place to Stay
We had a lovely time at the Stables. All amenities taken care of, even down to dog towels! We were welcomed with a homemade cake which was to die for. Ann, the owner was very friendly and helpful. On the maps provided, she showed us where all the best local walks were (just around the corner from the cottage) and advised us on how to get to Swansea and the Mumbles.
We would highly recommend this cottage and hope to return again.

We loved the cottage and area and even though Storm Dennis swept through Wales, we would still come back and stay again! Thank you for the friendly welcome, the Homemade cake and fresh eggs.

Preciosa casa de campo
La casa es perfecta, tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar y si falta algo, Anne está pendiente de solucionarlo. En la casa estarás muy cómodo y disfrutarás de un entorno precioso, en medio de la naturaleza. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Cathelyd cottage no. 2
Really pleased with the quality of the cottage, it's location and suitability for our Labradors. Clean & comfy beds, hot shower and plenty of space. Variety of places to visit in the area and to eat out. The dogs loved the private woodland next to the cottage and the nature reserve close by. Strongly recommended.

Visit for Sterophinics at Singleton Park
Ann (owner) was lovely, friendly and met us at the property when we arrived. We were about a 20 minute drive from Swansea and the pub a stone's throw away from the property too.
Inside the property, quality throughout. Only good things to say about the interior, location and host.
Would highly recommend and will hopefully be returning soon

Perfect pet friendly cottage
We have just returned from a lovely peaceful weekend stay at Ann's cottage with our two labs. Ann met us on arrival and gave us the rundown on the cottage and it's amenities together with info on local walks etc. We were also spoilt with Ann's delicious bara brith. All our needs were met - cottage was very comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Extra towels, treats and outside tap available if necessary for the dogs. Lunched at the local pub good food and walked one of the local trails. Easy access from the M4 ideal for us. Thank you Ann we would love to return in the future. Andrea & Simon

Lovely Cottage
We stayed at the cottage, over a weekend .A group of 5 adults and a spaniel .The Cottage is lovely and beautiful furnished .We had a rather large race trailer to park on our final night and there was certainly plenty of room to do so .Great place for walking our dog in the private wood .We was blessed with good weather so sitting outside was a plus.My choice of star rating is only due to lack of microwave and the very useful outside wash room needed to be cleaner .Would certainly stay again and recommend as a cottage for four people .
