Another excellent stay in this beautiful house. We need the whole house of 12 bed spaces. Very relaxed weekend, as last time we stayed. Short distance from town centre.

Very Central location.Good for large parties.
Impressed by the traditional features in the property. Enjoyed playing pool and table tennis. Didnt have time to walk around the Inch.Lovely view from the kitchen over the garden.Great views from bedrooms at the front over the Inch.Very close to the shops within walking distance. Master bedroom bathroom has a wow factor very large.
Noticed cobwebs in a few places needs high dusting.The pans in the kitchen are eclectic,some need replaced. Not quite enough for a family of four. Maybe larger parties eat out?
The water wasn't hot enough for our showers. Maybe something wrong with the thermostat?The heating was adequate.

Thank you for your review and we are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay. We're grateful also for your comments about the things that weren't quite perfect. We've asked our cleaners to pay particular attention to the cobwebs and we've also done a thorough check of what is provided in the kitchen. We noticed that several of the pans were placed in different cupboards which may be why they were all hard to find. We've also done a thorough check of all the showers and hot water to make sure everything is working as it should.

Enormous house in great location for Perth town centre!
We book a holiday let every Christmas for 4-5 couples, so have 5 years experience of this, and this might be the best place yet. The addition of table tennis and pool kept the boys entertained. The large kitchen and fridge met our needs. The information from the owners was excellent, gave more than enough information about check-in and out and bins and tidying up etc. Also plenty of extra info about the house itself which was nice, and the surrounding area.
Slight issue was the very top floor was a bit cold with the radiators needing bled, but it didn't bother us much.
Shame the weather wasn't great and we couldn't stay a bit longer.
Would highly recommend.

Made ourselves at Home.
Stayed for Hogmanay break with large group of friends including small children. Comfortable, homely feel with everything you need. Plenty of space and excellently placed for the park and city centre. Games rooms and large dining/living spaces were perfect for our family New Year party. Recommended!

Brilliant &
I would like to thank Nick&Sara, this property was magnificent in many ways. It has a very state home features made us all feel like statesman and yet retained the home away from home feel. The amount of space was unbelievable l especially loved some of the utensils in the kitchen Sara very original and the second living room with many books to delve into. I will certainly be booking with you again as it was too short a visit but from my all our family this is a hidden gem.

Perfect family friendly house
The location was perfect for our children as they were playing at the Perth Concert hall over the weekend of the 24-25th Nov. Very comfortable throughout. Will definitely use again

Returned for the second time due to our love of the place!
This house is awesome! It has absolutely everything you need in a house from the 2 large living rooms to pool room and ping pong! The kitchen is open plan with the dining area and there are ample seats for everyone and great for a night in. The sound proofing is also a BIG plus in this house and you can't hear anything for those who have early risers or late nights, your other guests won't be disturbed by you. I cannot recommend this property enough and with such close access to the town centre as well as being able to walk not too far up the hill or along the river, it really has got everything going for it. Beautiful views over the park and a nice big garden at the back. we stayed in November (twice) and the property is lovely and warm with plenty of hot water too. A class.
